March 2 2024, Saturday 11:30 A.M. we ordered 3 bowels normally we spend $60+ and an usually have a good experience but this time the not pleasant especially when I order the third bowel I was given a half spoon of rice not even a full spoon of corn or chicken an as I ask questions the young lady (white) had an attitude like she really didn't want to fix my bowel and slid it on down before I finished telling her what all I wanted. It took me 5mins to get to my house only to have my food completely cold and Guacamole completely hot. I didn't mind paying extra. But the service I received today I want be coming back. Never ordering from this place again. They dropped my food, didn’t completely wrap the burrito. Not to mention I barely have any food in my bowl. Pretty much charged me for something I didn’t receive and didn’t answer the phone when I called. Poor service and lack of professionalism. Normally I overlook things but this happened several times before. They will no longer continue to receive my money if they refuse to honor my request which are reasonable. All I wanted was my food. I'm so glad that Moe's has plant based, gluten free, and vegan options. I got a homewrecker bowl with no cheese and no sour cream. You pick your rice, can add veggies, lettuce, salsa, and tofu. It's was good. Tofu a little cold & not too flavorful, but grateful it is an option. The chips were also cold, but probably would of been better if freshly fried. The portion could be filled more to fill bowl up more. It was still good, and employees were nice and friendly. I love Moe's Olive Branch, the manager of dayshift is terrific. However the food is changing in the worst way. The food is not covered and a fly was making his way. Also, the selection is always missing a item. The workers are lazy and act as though they do not take pride in serving you. The manager and the young lady named Huey are the best. If they are not there I definitely do not want to be served. The flies are a issue also. It was once a nice place to eat...smh Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

the food tasted amazing however, the employees here have a serious attitude issue. i know you don’t have to be the nicest person ever and i get this because im a waitress but blatantly scoffing in my face and looking at me cockeyed is extremely weird behavior. i had to repeat myself 3 times because the other employee kept talking about how she didn’t need this job. which yeah, i get that, but can i just take my order without chuckling and saying “HUH?” in my face, along with talking about how you don’t need this job. I love this Moe' s I've never had a problem with them! I love their chicken burritos and quesadillas and I definitely recommend The Ranch it's their signature southwestern ranch and of course their queso is bomb!

Love the beef quesadilla with extra beef here. My husband bought me one for dinner tonight. Some how someone placed the quesadilla in the same bag on top of chips and the sauce leaked all over. 😡

Ordered 3 tacos and nachos through Doordash.The tacos were supposed to be corn tortillas,they were uncooked,cold flour tortillas...and meat...that’s it.No cabbage,pickled onions...just meat and cold tortilla.The nachos were just nachos,a little bit of queso dumped in the middle,meat and pinto beans...that’s it.The meat was pretty good though 🙄 Too many good Mexican restaurants around,would never waste my money here again.
