The grilled steak is the best in this Mexican fast casual segment by far. That’s really all they have going for them. When I asked for extra meat the three scrappy pieces I got felt like a real scam. The customer service is enough to sell you the food but nothing special. Tables were dirty and the “hot sauce” table all tasted like sweet apple sauce. I’m not coming back. I ordered an adobo chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, corn, cheese, lettuce. Topped off with a mixture of hot sauce and kickin cayenne sauce. I haven’t had Moe’s in a while but that burrito was GREAT, the sauce mixture was recommended by the young lady who made my burrito which she did a great job as you can see. Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Today there was only me and one other person in line. Waited in line for 10 minutes for them to tell me “we don’t have the birria tacos that we advertise you to come in for” Like what??? Do NOT go here unless you’re looking to waste your time. The other time I was here I got someone else’s order. Atmosphere sucks as well. Dirty tables and boxes everywhere. Please do not waste your time going here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas and a taco kids meal with 3 drinks, it was $50 and they got my order wrong. The building is nice, but not clean. Our family loves dining in at Moe’s, but we’ve now had many terrible experiences with delivery and I don’t think we’ll be ordering again. It’s a running joke in our house now when we order - what items will be wrong this time? Not sure why we keep ordering; guess hope springs eternal. 🤣 My son’s tacos were limp, cold, and missing most of the ingredients I ordered (including the guac I paid extra for). He burst into tears when he saw them (he’s 5). My older child’s meal had ingredients we didn’t order. We only got one tiny salsa for four people. My husband’s burrito was also missing guac and my quesadilla was mushy and very disappointing. And the chips were super stale. Why does this happen every time we order?! Please do better, Moe’s. The free chips had a weird taste, kind of bitter and chemical. Maybe old oil? I had a quesadilla, which was pretty good. The salsa bar looked pretty sad, and there was dust falling on the drink lids from something above. The atmosphere is kind of depressing. Employees are very nice and doing a good job. I've gotten good there twice now. I was disappointed both times. Most recently, I ordered nachos expecting the usual restaurant arrangement. What I got was the usual "bowl" with chips at the bottom. They were soggy by the time I got to them. If I had ordered the "bowl", at least the chips would have been in a separate bag. Frequently disappointed when going here, ordered online for pickup and showed up the time it suggested. Staff had to finish texting on their phones to get order in place. Let me start by saying that I am a Moe's fan and it pains me to leave this kind of review but here we go. So, upon entering, we are greeted with this faint, welcome to Moe's, and walking up to the window, the fixing station was a hot mess for it to be no customers in this place and for the flat top to look like it did. You would have thought a hurricane blew through. It should not have looked the way it did, which was unappetizing, to say the least with having no guest. It's like they never heard of clean-as-you-go or have downtime. When you have time in between the rush, which there was plenty of because it was 3:00 when we arrived, all of that should have been cleaned. I am a chef at an award-winning fine dining establishment and couldn't wrap my head around how that whole fixing station and flat top looked like it did when there was no reason for it to. Now what put the nail in the coffin was the sauce station. Both of the red sauces were out, there was tomatillo salsa, lemon wedges were dried and ragged, and some hot sauce. The station should have been replenished and not looked empty with dried salsa in pans and around the rim. Lawd the health inspector would have had a field day with what that place looked like, just saying. My brother asked the gentleman if they had any more red salsa. He said that he was going to go check, and we waited because he was with a guest, he eventually did not go in the back and told us, unfortunately, they didn't have any more salsa of either kind. Now this is where I need, a manager or the franchise owner to explain why there is no red salsa in house at 3pm when they close at 10.30 p.m? Im baffled. I need somebody to explain how or why your establishment employees thought the way that place looked was ok.?? Do not go to this location! Worst Mexican food I have had in my life. Overcooked rice, weird tasting guacamole, meat was tough. Had to throw it all away just disgusting.
