This is hands down my favorite place to get Boba! They use fresh fruit and have a variety of alternative milks. I can also control the sugar level for most drinks I order. The owners are great!

Fresh Mango Pomelo
Probably the best boba place I've been to. It's not overly sweetened like the greater majority of the other Boba shops. Smoothies and drinks made with fresh fruit and so, so good. My 5 star review is absolutely not exaggerated, I am being serious. Get the Rosella Flower Fruit Tea or any other fruit tea and you'll see why this gem hidden in an unconventional area is one of the best boba shops I've had and my favorite to go for.

Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea
Other than the name throwing me off guard (should consider changing the name). All joking aside, my family and I originally decided to try T-Baar but their options were limited and then we saw modern tea shop which had way more options. We decided to go there instead. We made an excellent choice because the cashier was welcoming and helped us decide what to get. Plus the drinks tasted amazing. We will add this shop to our list of boba tea shops to go to.

Not overly sweet. Their standard sweetness is 50% you can add or reduce as wanted. Freshly cut fruits. Tea base is not bitter or left dry taste

Very cute boba shop with fun decor and fast service. The prices are lower than most bubble tea places I've been to as well. We got the hazelnut tea and the brown sugar tea. Both were delicious! The wall near the back was covered in some awesome artwork by past visitors that we enjoyed looking at.
