It's pizza so you'd think it would be really good but it's not. The crust is too thin, the toppings are too light and the sauce is acidic but the service is excellent. I'd recommend asking for extra toppings otherwise unless they change their crust it's always going to be mid at best. The dining area is a minimalist dream, wood benches, simple tables and the service counter provides the basics of napkins, plasticware, and soda fountain. The food is very good. They prepare the pizza at the order counter, and you can see the toppings and add what you like. It's a thin crust, so it is cooked fairly fast in the brick oven. You pick it up at the counter when its ready. Most traffic seems to be carryout, so the seating area was less than half full. We were there for a fund-raising event by the Federal Way High School (Tennis team?). Will do it again, with or without there being a fundraiser involved. Updated 12/15/2023 Pizza Quality Dropped (see video) The pizza dough is not chewy like it should. If doesn't taste good, it's crumpy almost like a bizcut. ————- I love MOD Pizza’s idea of all kinds of pizza for one price deal. I’ve been ordering and had them delivered a lot before. During the pandemic, pizza came in boxes not taped up (secure tape), which I wish they do it to make customers feel safer to eat when the pizza arrived. It is what it is. When the company got so busy, and due to a shortage of staff, I can no longer order online and have the pizza delivered anymore. If you can get your hands on one of their pizza it’s thin crust and so delicious! You can choose your topping with just one price. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Food was excellent, the service was terrible. No one came out while we were eating to clean tables. The prices were outrageous. A mini side salad was almost as much as the pizza. Great customer service. Because it's freshly baked when you order, be patient. I would order a small salad or some... they have cauliflower crust option which is healthier. Good family vibe.

Rude service Thursday Night. I guess cause they were tired cause the day was busy.(Well, that's what the girl said that was being rude). My pizza just looked like they were messed with. Cheese is missing from the middle and other spots. I asked why, and she said she was tired. Before that, issues with the dough. One person made an awful press with the machine. I asked about that, and that was an issue. One girl was nice and actually repressed me a dough. I just feel what you pay for one pizza. At least do it right. That's all I ask. That's why we go to MODs for the quality and experience. Not the rudeness. So maybe get them some help soon cause it's gonna be a long summer. Just saying.. thanks. I like the style pizza they make. Consider making an order online ahead for dine in as the wait was long when we got there. Inside is not that busy but staff is busy with alot of online and pick up orders. The place is bus your own table I believe. Due to that most tables although clear, were not clean. We were there about 90 mins and in that time not a single table got a wipe down. That's a reflection on management/staffing levels. I'll comeback again for a take out order but not done in. The staff were pretty friendly but they skimped on the ingredients. The ingredients they did put on the pizzas were just thrown onto a single spot without being spread out. The store was out of straws, which was pretty unfortunate for the kids. Asked for the pizzas to be well done, but they were still soggy. The tables were all very sticky and the cup lid dispenser was coated in grime. There were also no napkins available. The atmosphere was pretty nice, but people who dislike music playing at higher volumes would likely be quite annoyed. Wasn't a terrible experience, but could have been better. Amazing service just a little dirty. I like the atmosphere they are always smiling and get a warm greating and the pizza is made to order so just how I like it.
