The inside of this place is lit up like a K-pop music video and I am here for it! First time trying MoCha and was impressed not only by the in-your-face fluorescent lighting but more notably the brown sugar boba and ice-cream treats. The service was a little rough around the edges as the aunties run a tight shift but 3-2-1, boba action!!

Best boba ever! It was so good and mouthwatering will be my new boba spot. I got the boba milk and the boba milk donut. Both were mouthwatering and delicious!
The service was also fast. This cozy little boba spot is the definition of perfection.

I’ve been waiting for the cream doughnut to come back for months! They said they were changing the recipe.
Honestly, I prefer the cream doughnut than the cream bun. The cream tastes great, but the bun is giving me a bagel vibe because it’s hard. I would rate this cream bun 2 out of 5, but because I like the other menus, I rate Mocha 3 stars. Please bring the cream doughnut back 🙏🏻

Love to come for the soft serve, which is so creamy and not too sweet. Pictured is the tart yogurt + weekly lychee flavors together. There is always a milk flavor as well as matcha. They also do affogatos with their soft serve + coffee, matcha, Thai tea, or taro tea. Yum!
It can get busy here! But the staff is super fast and efficient.
Haven't had the other items (boba, mochi donuts, cream puffs). Menu seemed to expand a lot over the last few years.
Its near H-Mart.

I recently visited Mocha and was thoroughly impressed with their soft serve, donuts, and amazing customer service. The true milk affogato soft serve was absolute perfection - so smooth and creamy with the bold espresso cutting through beautifully. The medium size sea salt creme iced latte was the ideal amount for me, as my partner felt the large may have been too much. The iced latte had lovely salty hints that balanced the sweetness.
For donuts, we tried the mochidonuts which had a wonderfully chewy and light texture. The brown sugar milk tea mochidonut came highly recommended by the friendly staff and did not disappoint! The brown sugar flavors really shined through. The taro mochidonut was enjoyable though the sprinkle style is not my personal favorite. Finally, the mango mochidonut had a lovely fruitiness that was balanced out by the crisp rice cereal coating on the outside.
The shop itself is immaculately clean and the branding and decor align perfectly with their excellent products. It's clear that Mocha takes great care to provide customers with delightful drinks and donuts in a pleasant setting. I will certainly be back to try more of their menu soon. Five stars for the scrumptious treats and top-notch service!

The chocolate crewme brûlée donut with whatever delicious creamy filling inside was divine ! Outside crispy crème brulee shell ! The mochi churro donut was just okay. Expected different texture but felt like regular donut. The Spanish latte was yummy (quite sugary though). Some unique takes on donuts and worth a stop for the needed sweet tooth. NOT gluten free if you’re wondering.

Fun bright dessert bar with excellent soft-serve, donuts, and more. The matcha soft-serve was exactly what I was hoping for, full of actual matcha flavor and not too sweet. It honestly tasted very similar to the matcha ice cream in Japan. The donuts were also stellar with a nice chewy dough and light creamy filling. I would definitely recommend stopping by and plan to come back next time I'm in the area.

I love this place. I hope it lasts. It is super nice inside and they have amazing delicious choices. They have 10 choices of flavors for mochi donuts & their matcha is ceremonial grade 👍🏼.

Friendly customer service and delicious soft serve with new custom flavors every week! I really liked their black sesame and orange cream (tasted just like a creamsicle, but not as sweet). I'm going back again soon!

The coffee here is so good! The donuts were fluffy and fresh, and the place itself is so clean and modern. Of course the folks running the show were just delightful. We will absolutely be back to try the soft serve as well!
