Located in the parking lot next to Boost Mobile/Premier Sound & Design. When you compare them side-by-side, a lot of the taco trucks around this area are very similar to each other. What differentiates Mo's is that they open earlier/close later than everybody else. Also, their menu is prolly the most varied from the meats and vegetarian options (they have lengua). This is a food truck. They do have two picnic tables you can sit and eat your food. I ordered their carnitas tacos, and they are tender and flavorful. Im not a fan of the mix meat (chorizo and steak). The rice is cooked perfectly, and the beans are good. The green and red sauce they gave me definitely added spice, especially the red sauce. The service was fast. I didn't have to wait that long for my food even though they have a lot of people ordering. I got a lunch special and water, which cost me almost ~$15 after taxes. It was worth it. The food was really good. The atmosphere is not the best but it is street food in a food truck. The food truck is located in an empty lot near an ice dispenser in a corner of the busy street. Nevertheless, I would come back here. AWESOME MEXICAN FOOD TRUCK. FOOD IS AUTHENTIC AND FRESH. BEST IN CHAMPAIGN URBANA AREA. Really good. Hits the spot for a late night snack. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Steak Burrito. Be sure to get the sauces with it. Burrito is HUGE, all ingredients are fresh, tortilla is soft, beans are hot, and steak is cooked to perfection. AS ALWAYS, good service. Also recently tried the nachos. For $10, this is a STEAL. It’s an absolutely HUMUNGOUS portion. And, it was really delicious, as always. Love this place! This was the first time I have had the opportunity to eat at this DELICIOUS food truck. My daughter and I ordered a variety of things from; Steak tacos, Quesadillas, Corn Cup, Guacamole, Burritos. I ordered al pastor torta, and 3 tacos from food truck. The only food that was okay was the tacos. I was really craving a torta but after I saw how it was, with the soggy bread and everything looked like it was squished together nothing of it looked appetizing at all . Made me feel sick just by looking at it I tried taking a bite from one side of it but couldn’t even grab it with my hand everything inside was falling off and felt so squishy I decided to just leave it got home and took the picture clearly can see how it is. I was really looking forward to having something nice since drove 35 mins just for my craving. Tacos were okay but was disappointed.

This place is a gem. I can't recommend them enough. The carnitas nachos supremos are probably my favorite. If you're looking for Mexican food in Champaign, this is the place I would go. Not very good. Everything was smothered in sour cream but no salsa. The vegetarian nachos weirdly have mushrooms and zucchini and it seemed that they just dumped a can of jalapeños on them to add any taste. After reading reviews I was hopeful, but was let down by this place. The refried beans were also disappointing. The beef cheek taco was good, but sadly everything else just brought this experience down. I would not recommend eating here by my experience. Maybe it was an off night. Update: Also now 3 out of 4 household members are sick. Review lowered to 1 star because of this. Pretty sure it was the nachos.

As I was mixing my corn up to prepare for me to eat and there was a bug/fly in it I will not be eating here anymore THAT WILL DO IT
