I absolutely love this place! My boss brought me here for lunch a few times and it became a regular place to take my friends and girlfriend. She even hailed MJ’s as her favorite local pizza place! If I were to recommend anything on the menu, it would the the artichoke dip and the tarts flambé pizza, but be sure to add the fingerling potatoes! They had a limited Cajun pizza for special at one points and I still claim that to be the best pizza I’ve had and I try pizza in just about every city I travel to. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Never going back again. We decided to try out this place tonight. Showed up at 5:30 pm, got seated and got our drink orders. Then didn’t see the server again for 15 mins. After putting in our order an hour went by with not a word or check in from him. We had to flag him down to ask when our order was coming and he said “maybe 15-20 mins”. 20 mins went by and I flagged him down again. This time he said “it’s coming soon”. I asked him to define “soon” and he said he would check. The food finally came out after 90 minutes! No apology for the delay or anything. The salad was a joke. It was supposed to have prosciutto on it and there was a single piece about the size of a post-it note on there. The rest was just lettuce. As for the pizza it was incredibly mediocre. Very little cheese and hardly any flavor. We will NEVER go back to MJ’s. Awful service, clearly poor management and very mediocre food for the prices they charge. Any place that serves wood fired pizza shouldn’t take 90 mins to make a pizza. What a joke. I can order a pizza from Domino’s and pick it up in 15 mins!
