Got the caterpillar and it tasted excellent! The seaweed salad was padded with some flavorless stuff so I just ate from the top. I use a service dog and they didn't seem thrilled to have her there. The floors are cold concrete as well. They forgot a couple things, some we reminded them about and others we didn't. The ordering seems chaotic in that you mark which sushi you want on a sheet but the extras (like seaweed salad) you just have to tell them and they didn't write it down which is likely why they forgot things. 3 stars seems fair to me. I love Mizu sushi! The service is always good. Everyone on their team help eachother out. The food is always fresh and tasty. Food always looks like the pictures. My favorite place to go in town. Me and my girlfriend were on the road and called mizu sushi an hour before we arrived. The associate who answerwed the phone was very patient in answering our every queation and making recommendations. Once we arrived our food was waiting for us and still hot. I ate miso soup which wasnt exactly my favorite miso but wasnt bad at all. I had the cowboy roll to go along with my soup and it was absolutely wonderfull. The flavors tasted amazing, held togther pretty well, and easy to chew. I will say it was my first cowboy roll and because of Mizu I plan on having another relatively soon. Looking at the restaraunt on Pick up it seemes pretty spacious and a decent atmosphere and music loved some of the canvas and paintings on the wall. I feel they should add more.
