A Delightful Culinary Experience at Mixt!
Mixt in San Ramon has undoubtedly left a lasting impression on me with its exceptional culinary offerings. Upon visiting, I opted for the marinated tofu sandwich accompanied by a side of crispy cauliflower, a decision I certainly didn't regret. The sandwich was a delightful symphony of flavors, with the tofu perfectly marinated to perfection, complemented by the freshness of the accompanying vegetables and the delectable crunch of the bread. The side of crispy cauliflower was a delightful surprise, offering a satisfyingly crunchy texture and a burst of flavor with every bite. To elevate the experience further, I couldn't resist trying the chipotle honey sauce on the side, which added a perfect balance of sweet and spicy to the ensemble.

Tried this new spot in the San Ramon Bishop Ranch. I did a make your own salad and my son got the chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. Wonderful spot for healthy lunch. I would have again.

Chicken Sandwich
My first visit to Mixt. Ordered 2 very good, but “smallish” salads to go while recently in San Ramon, CA. Loved the Bachelor salad with grilled steak & blue cheese, there just wasn’t enough “greens and veggies” in my opinion! Also, the “Peachy salad” with fresh peach slices and chicken. Again, not enough greens and veggies in this to go salad. I had ordered online and everything was ready and CORRECT when I arrived!
The man who created my salad was so nice and patient, I was a little overwhelmed as it was my first time. I’ll definitely be back! After tax and tip it came to about $19 for my salad (no drink), so a but pricey but so delicious!

I really want to like this place as I love to have a salad after the gym. However, this is my fourth time coming in and being completely ignored by the staff because they’re in the back. If the owner is reading this post they should monitor them as they are definitely losing business. A couple times it took almost 20 minutes to get a salad with with only 3 people in line. The ingredients is pretty good but is pricey for what it is. But I was willing still go there for the convenience.

The BACHAN'S BOWL
cilantro lime brown rice, arugula, cabbage, crispy chicken, avocado, edamame, cucumbers, radishes, scallions, ginger sesame drizzle, Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue Sauce drizzle was yummy ! But had to eat most for dinner has the portions are plenty ! Must try the chocolate chip cookie 🍪

First visit here! I enjoyed the variety of salad options...opted to go with the "design your own option". Maybe next time I'll try a sandwich. Clean, bright, open space with outdoor seating available as well.
I ordered two ochard salads with dressings on the side. I received no dressing and because I was house sitting they randomly didn't have any at the house or even balsamic vinegar... had do to try to eat them dry but ultimately went hungry... bad night.
