Wonderful experience and ambience every time we stopped in while in town visiting friends. The employees as well as other patrons were incredibly kind and friendly (especially with our very active toddler). And I’m still dreaming about the chocolate orange scone!! To the point that I went out of my way to go back for another one before flying out. The ham Gruyère egg pie is also top notch. Cute cafe located on the main road of Ashland right near Lithia park! The place is specious with a study/coworking space on the bottom floor. Very popular amongst locals, tourists, and students. They have an amazing selection of pastries that you can’t go wrong with. Good working WiFi and plenty of outlets. Stop by for a quick pick me up or visit for a long time with friends. I have eaten here a handful of times, never disappointed. Just got the creamy tomato soup, and it is amazing! This one came with bread and cheese. An absolutely lovely bake shop sure to delight everyone's palette. I enjoyed a mocha with a bostock which is a delicious bread soaked in orange syrup topped with berries and almonds. My sweetheart had a ham and gruyere egg pie with black coffee. Not only did they have a wide variety of sweet and savory treats, the ambience and atmosphere of the shop was so enjoyable. We really had such a lovely breakfast. Thank you to the staff. They were so friendly and really make the place feel warm and welcoming. The iconic Ashland coffee shops stand up to its renome. The affogato is the best one we had lately and the lemon merengue is close to perfect.

The Mix is the place to stop by in Ashland for delicious pastries, excellent ice cream and fresh bread. The service is always friendly and attentive. There's always so many delicious pastries to choose from. I highly recommend the peanut butter chocolate and chocolate chip brownie. The ice cream is perfect for a warm summer evening on the plaza.

We come to Ashland every year and bring our theatre students. It is a tradition to get our coffee and treats from Mix. The quality, atmosphere, and service are the best. Thank you!

Sadly disappointed in the service & quality. I don’t believe in bad reviews but this is for the business owner. When someone receives a sub par quality product that costs a premium - The proper course of action is to fix the issue. Not force a customer to eat a cold & underbaked egg tart. As a traveler I appreciate cafe culture. As a restaurant veteran, I’m sadly disappointed in the culture of dismissal you have created. 5 stars bc I know we can be better ✨

We love to go to Mix and try new treats or just enjoy old favorites. One of us has to get a scoop of earl grey chocolate chip every time we go. They serve Stumptowne Coffee and it is always reliably good, I've never had a bad shot there. They have a variety of croissants that are buttery and flakey, absolutely perfect. Their creme puffs and macaroons are fabulous as well. It can be pretty crowded in there so we usually take our treats up the hill to the park which is pleasant in the spring and summer.
