Our dining experience at this restaurant was delightful! Despite a brief initial wait, the friendly staff made up for it, especially with their attentiveness to our toddlers. The ambiance added to the positive vibe, creating a pleasant atmosphere for family and friends. The wait became worthwhile as the delicious food brought smiles to our faces. From taste to service, the overall experience was commendable. The staff’s interaction with our little ones stood out, making it a family-friendly spot. We left with satisfied taste buds and a positive impression. Highly recommended for those seeking a combination of great taste and good service in a welcoming setting. Discovering Mirch Dhamaka in Herndon was a fantastic choice. The food struck a perfect balance of spices, neither too hot nor too mild, impressively without us specifying. We enjoyed the Chilly Chicken, a Gobi starter, Mutton Roganjosh, and Butter Chicken, each rich in authentic flavors and well-selected spices. The Butter Chicken was notably exceptional, avoiding the common tanginess and presenting a unique, authentic taste. We also savored a unique dessert that rounded off the meal nicely. While the food was outstanding, the service lagged slightly due to slowness and the crowded space, likely an adjustment issue for this new spot. Despite this, the quality of the food, a crucial first impression in dining, promises a return visit. The service has room for improvement, but the culinary excellence is the main draw. Had their morning cafe which is open 7am-12pm on weekends. It’s located behind their main restaurant with signs to lead you to the back entrance. We were seated immediately and I ordered a chai which came hot and was delicious. I ordered the Mysore masala dosa and we got a goat curry on the side. Both dishes were amazing! The dosa was fresh and the sandbar and chutneys that came with it were great. I also loved the pickle that came as well. The goat curry pieces were very tender and the curry was flavorful. Overall an excellent breakfast spot and I’m intrigued to try their lunch and dinner menu. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Amazing service and food! Recently opened and looked completely empty when we arrive, tried it nevertheless, and oh boy was it worth it! The staff was super friendly, the chef came to our table and gave us some recommendations. The food was served quickly, was absolutely delicious, and surprised with a few unexpected flavour combinations. And it‘s still reasonably priced in comparison to the fancy food and ambience. Well it touts to be a fine dining restaurant and prices are premium too, so is the decor inside BUT when it comes to satisfying taste buds of Indians, it came out mediocre. Appetizers were not up to the mark (except the sheekh kabab). The paneer (though was fresh) was coated in a batter which smells weird, chicken malai kabab had no charcoal flavor neither malai on it. Chicken pieces were from chicken breast which is NEVER used in kababs as it renders the protein fibrous. These are basics of cooking Indian food which was missing! Such a shame!! The main course was tad bit better though, the Bhuna Ghosth tasted good and so was bullet naan. Service was okay but could be better. ** expect to pay 20% tip included in the bill with group of 5 or more. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Recommended dishes Garlic Naan

The place was good. Ambience is much better than other Indian Restaurants around. Food was really very good for appetizers we had the garlic cauliflower which had authentic flavors no unnecessary coloring or extra spice. It was very unique. Main course we had the Palak chaman something which was again very flavorful and not a typical Palak Paneer it was really very good. We also had Prawns Taka Tak which I think was average. Service was good Priya the server was always pleasant and smiling. Manager Rao made sure if we liked the food or not made sure we are happy. It was a different experience from Traditional Indian Restaurants from Food to Service to Ambience. Overall I hope they maintain this and I am sure this will be next favorite Indian place. Classy place with tasty food to complement the experience. Knowledgeable staff help with suggestions based on our requirements and they didn't go wrong. We tried the Desi tyle chicken Tikka, Murgh Makhani Tikka, Ginger garlic Cauliflower, Methi chaman, Loose prawns, bullet naan, chicken fried rice. Everything was amazing but special mention to the *Batti Murgh Makkanwala and the *Mango coconut naan 😍 Delectable and really something I've never had anywhere else! Everything was so yummy and so well executed 👍🏽 and we were told that no artificial colors or flavors were used in anything! Was pleasantly surprised considering how authentically Desi everything tasted. Overall loved it and will definitely be going back to try their full menu when it's out. Absolutely loved the food at this place! The taste was very authentic. We ordered the cauliflower appetizer. The main course consisted of garlic naans and methi hariyali paneer curry. We also got Shahi tukda for dessert. Every one of these dishes was great. Will definitely be visiting again! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My family and I went during their pre-open limited menu and even so everything was phenomenal! We were looking for a nice Indian restaurant in the Herndon area and couldn’t land on somewhere nice for my FIL’s birthday and finally after looking on google maps for 20 mins took a chance on this new place and are SO glad we did! The ambiance was great, perfect for a birthday, the food was excellent and they even sent a birthday treat and paan after our meal! We look forward to coming again soon to try the biryani! This place is awesome! We ordered murgh malai, chili chicken, chicken jalfrezi, pataka palak and dal tadka. Food is delicious and well cooked, ambiance is pleasant and charming with good soft lighting and peaceful music. Considering the quality, the price is very reasonable. There is also plenty of room for bigger groups. Enjoyed the whole experience and definitely recommend this place. I would like to come back here again and again.
