Might be the best food truck in the entire state. I enjoy eating and food trucks and finding hidden gems. No need to revisit any other food truck in the area- it won’t get better than Mio.

This is the first time I’ve eaten here and I loved it so much I immediately ran here to leave a review! The tacos were delightful so fresh and pretty nice presentation too! I also got the fried bananas and oh my goodness you’ll want to get yourself an order of them for sure. Despite the fact that I ordered a substantial amount of food it came out quickly, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! After today I’ll definitely be a regular here

Definitely check this place out! Super fresh and delicious! The service was great, prices are reasonable. We had the street hot dogs and street tacos. Everything was soo yummy! We will be back!

Great Taco truck in downtown Bothell in the same parking lot of the Shell Station next to Rite Aid. Don't miss stopping here! The food is great, fresh, and reasonably priced. The breakfast burritos are fantastic, plus they serve them all day long!
The street tacos do not disappoint! We tried the Lengua, Pollo, Pastor, Asadsa, and the Birria. I think my favorite was the pastor, but they are all delicious. They are a great addition to Bothell. Make sure you stop by Mio Street Food Truck!

This is my very favorite taco truck and I'm from Houston Texas. The food here is awesome and innovative. The torta is exactly how I remember it back in Texas which is hard to find and it tastes amazing. The Birria tacos are awesome and the breakfast is phenomenal highly recommend. I love the staff it's great supporting hard-working entrepreneurs that do an awesome job.
