The GF oatmeal pies are to die for - so delicious. Service was prompt, kind, and helpful. I didn't love the carrot cake muffin (cupcake?), but I look forward to trying other items.

I have bought a variety of baked goods from minibatch bakery. They have always been amazing very tasty very fresh
would recommend if you haven’t tried mini batch bakery in Hendersonville, North Carolina, you must do so ! best sourdough bread I’ve ever had and so much more, and now they even serve quiche and lunch! amazing little bakery here in this town.
We’ve been fortunate to have treats from mini batch bakery several times from friends. The variety of muffins, small breads, gluten-free treats, and mini pies are delicious. We received a gift certificate and went in to get more treats from the restaurant. We will be back again.
I had the opportunity this past weekend to try a couple goods purchased at the 7th Avenue Farmers Market. We purchased the Garlic Herb Sour Dough Bread Loaf and a Cranberry Orange Scone from Mini Batch booth.
The Loaf Texture was perfect for Toast, as it crisped up very nicely. I don’t eat very much sugar, other than the occasional dessert, so was disappointed to find that this Bread was extremely sweet for my taste. I will check the Shop next, to see if there is an option without sugar, or if custom orders can be taken. If so, I will be a frequent customer as the herb flavor was perfect!
The Scone receives 5-stars! It was delicious! Orange zest gave just enough flavor. The scone was not dry and not overly sweet. Just perfect with tea for my after dinner treat. It will take willpower for this not to become a habit for me, as it was excellent!
Super delicious treats. Get some herb/garlic bread. Cupcakes are to die dreaming about. Raspberry tart was supposed to be for supper desert. It never made it to the house. And the staff were super friendly. Really great place for breads and treats. Go Now!!!
I've yet to even try their pastries and already blown away with excellent service. I had not long ago called them to ask about then making cupcakes with no milk and no peanuts ensure enough they were able to do so for me to be able to pick up the next morning for my son's birthday tomorrow for his classroom, since he has one child in there with a allergy problem. Best thing is, places like The fresh market and Harris teeter and even the coop could not make us up a no milk no peanut cupcake or even 15 at that by tomorrow at that by tomorrow
