I have experienced many dim sum in Ca, Ny, DC, Va... and many other places, but I have never felt the difference since a friend took me here and enjoyed it. . This is a huge difference in service and food. MingHin Cuisine gives me a very special feeling, they have a variety of dim sum dishes, lots of choices for you. I have never eaten at a dim sum restaurant as delicious as here. Shrimp dumplings, thin shell and lots of fresh shrimp. Beef triple does not smell bad and has a rich flavor. the bun is really good too, soft and not dry. I commend their way of doing business, the service staff is very welcoming, they always take care of customers happily and respect them. They made a very strong impression on me. I’ve been here for a few times, always satisfied with their food and services. The Tim Sum was very delicious and hot served. Roasted duck and crispy pork belly was amazing! The buns tasted so good. The staffs were prompt and polite. The restaurant was bright and clean. Strongly recommended. The good: come between 2pm-5pm get the happy hour special- 20% off your bill, dine in only. The average: our food was good for Chicago standard, our BBQ rice rolls were warm at best, the rolls were mushy, the char siu were bland. The Roasted pork was 80% fat, didn’t taste fresh, the skin wasn’t crispy or tasty like it should. The pork dumplings and other dishes were ok, nothing special. I guess I was hoping for good dimsum like those in California, NYC, Toronto, Vancouver etc. The restaurant decorations were nice and so was the wait staffing. But wanted good quality dimsum. Had lunch with a few friends at MingHin Chinese Restaurant in Rolling Meadows. Let's start with Atmosphere & Amenities: Great space for small and medium-sized parties with very authentic Chinese ambiance. Very spacious restaurant. Elegant and friendly staff. You use a iPad to order your food and they have pictures of everything in the menu incase you don’t know what it looks like. I like this idea. No need to print the menu. The food is pricy for dim sum but dinner is another story. I go the spicy squid dish and it is not up to par with others I have tried but the dim is very original.
