Mings is a lovely restaurant that offers reliable and tasty sushi at a super reasonable price. On top of that, I am always served quickly and treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I feel very comfortable dining in, and I feel like I am valued by the staff. There's almost no other place in the area that I would recommend for sushi, and definitely nowhere else that wouldn't cost twice the price. Recently re-visitted since going vegan. I had a little more trouble finding food this time. I was informed that ALL of the soups were made with animal based broths, as was the fried rice. I was also informed that they couldn't make modify those items for me. But I was still able to find a few things on the menu, and the service was fast and helpful. We opted for the all you can eat menu and everything we tried was really good! We ended up here by accident after another sushi place we wanted to try was closed for business and it was a little more than we were originally looking to spend but no regrets. We got both kinds of soup, chicken fried rice, spring rolls, edamame, veggie tempura, four different sushi rolls, and both kinds of ice cream to try. 10/10 would definitely come back!
