An older place, but comfortable and clean. Nice view. Our meals were amazing! Fresh haddock, and plenty of it, fried to perfection. My mom had scallops and shrimp, and my husband had a margherita pizza. All meals were wonderful. Will definitely go back. The staff were so helpful, especially with my 93 year old mother. I was SO excited for fresh tuna based on the reviews. I ordered the tuna carpaccio which should be thinly sliced. It was tough and stringy, not tender at all. Very disappointing!! Don’t bother going there. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I LOVE fresh seafood. And they had some of the best grilled oysters that I've ever had. Thank you to Erica for recommending the Rockefeller and the grilled barbie oysters. Sooo good! We then split the grilled Seafood Feast for two. Best clams that I've ever had and all of it was delicious. It was hard to decide what we liked best. Corn cakes were a bit dense but the pesto on the tomato stack was amazing (as far as vegetarian options). The Tuna tartare was loved by my hubby. Kids devoured the fish n chips! Nice view. We have been to Boothbay Harbor many times but this was the first time we ate here. I wonder whether it was because it was so tucked in. Anyway, the food was great! Lobster and shrimp Alfredo was excellent; all the other dishes were great too. We asked to be seated outside, without realizing the spot we were put in, the last open spot, did not have any ocean breeze but under a very hot sun. I wonder whether the waitress should have warned us. anyway, we enjoyed the food even though we were toasted ourselves. next time i will check the location out before committing to the seats. also, on the second floor, there are two bathrooms available to the patrons. one of them is very very tiny and the lock does not work. they should have kept that for their own staff, because i had made up my mind not going back ever to the restaurant if i did not see the much bigger and much nicer rest room by chance. here it is a picture of the hook on the door from inside. First off, I believe it was the owner greeted us and explained some fascinating details about oysters from the Atlantic Ocean. What a plethora of knowledge graciously bestowed upon us. The super friendly staff took care us from when we walked in until we walked out. Cudos for that! The food was outstanding. Perhaps the best Mac and cheese consumed by humans, EVER! I had my first northeast lobster that didn't taste like dirty dishwater. And I've tried it in 3 states at a minimum of 10 places. The oysters stole the show for us. We mixed 3 different types of oysters in a dozen. The jumbo oysters were gargantuan and took a few extra chews. But DAMN they were worth it. The fish and chips and fish tacos were equally dynamite! The batter could use a little funk added to it. Just plain batter is just plain boring. They were the best fish I've ever had in fish and chips. Point blank period! The place was clean and we had the best eating experience in Maine at this restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Took a bit to get noticed by get noticed by the hostess and to get seated. After receiving menus it was a good half an hour or more for someone to come over and ask for a drinks and order. BUT.... The seafood Alfredo was definitely worth the wait, it was very creamy and delicious. A bit more pricey than I would have liked to have spent. The Bermuda triangle cocktail was very smooth And will definitely be a favorite. Staff was very friendly, our waiter actually happened to be the bartender also and he was very apologetic for the long wait. Very pretty view of the Harbor. Best place to enjoy lobster in Boothbay. Traveling from Philadelphia to Acadia National Park and needed to spot for lunch. I had a lobster panini she had a lobster roll. Great decision. En-route to Acadia National Park and lobster was high on the list of things to enjoy during our trip mine oyster was the first taste during the trip. Recommend to anybody. Doesn't look like much from the outside but the second floor is where it's all happening. Full menu, great service staff. Who was delicious.

Absolutely excellent food! Service was great! I would encourage anyone to try the truffle fries and lobster nachos!! They were exceptional! Though all of the food was on point. Cole slaw was ok. But it didn't take away from all the rest. Thanks! I'll be back the next time I come to Maine!! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+
