I must say, this is an incredibly polite team. I showed up maybe 15 minutes before closing and ordered a Mega Meal. They got it out to me with no issues whatsoever and were very pleasant to interact with. 5/5 service; if someone could give the district manager a nod toward this location, that would be great because this team certainly deserves it. If you just refinanced your mortgage and are loaded with funds. Go ahead. Otherwise there’s much better food close by for cheaper. $30 for 2 people to eat is insanity. Service wise, exactly what you’d expect from fast food. Again better service and cheaper food right next door. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

A southern secret that can do no wrong, this place is one that you may not live the first time (due to the sauce) but later will crave and learn to love. As with all restaurants that became famous for their drinks (the tea) the tea and lemonade are better then anywhere else. Gotta cheeseburger combo and a double cheeseburger combo. Both were supposed to have extra onions. They did not have extra onions on them at all. As you can see in the picture the apple pie was okay and the lemon pie as you see in the picture look like it might have been turned vertically sideways upside down. I don't know but the dough was not even done, has this experience ruined us from coming back? No but I can tell you it'll be a while before I will go back. Also, when doing it online order it tells you that you can't go through the drive-thru you have to come inside to pick your food up I'm sorry but that doesn't make any sense . We stopped at this location while on the way to see our daughter in Auburn.. my husband and I were very impressed with the gentleman working the counter on Friday night 11/3/23. I wished I had gotten his name. He was very polite & helpful. The food was amazing as always but he definitely made the experience top notch. This is a good, clean restaurant with amazing employees. Service was a little slow so I gave that 4 stars but overall it was 5 star food. I had a traditional burger and I'm upset I haven't tried it before. It was super juicy. Little greasy some might say but I loves every bite. We'll be back. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

THIS MILO’S WILL UP-CHARGE YOU!!! Where to begin…first off, they were out of apple pies, which is ok. They offered me peach or lemon. They FAILED to mention they would up-charge me $1.20. Keep in mind, I’m already paying $12.38 for the Mega Meal, which includes an apple pie, but whatever… food is more expensive these days. If you are out of a product (apple pie) then you DO NOT replace that product with something else and up-charge. It is not the customers fault that you are low on inventory. If nothing else, say “sorry, we’re out of apple pies, there will be an up-charge for these other options.” That’s all I’m asking. NEXT, I asked for light ice in my mega tea, and when I drove up to the window, she just dumped out 1/4 of my drink to make it “light ice” and did not refill my drink. First time at a Milos. Messy squashed burgers slapped together. The tea did live up to the namesake. The fries were fresh, and hot. But the burgers were bland frozen patties, with this sauce that I can only describe as coloured grease. Not aweful but not a standout even in the world of state claim to fame burger chains. And it may have just been this location but slow unenthused service, and the bathrooms were deplorably filthy. I should have known though when eatery table was disgusting and had to clean it off as well as the seats myself.

We have been dying to go here since we started drinking milos a couple years ago. Finally got the chance to stop by one and it was definitely worth the wait. The double O sauce is really good for the chicken nuggets! Hopefully they open a store closer to Florida. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
