My girlfriend and I went in to watch the fights tonight and we sat at the bar. Oliver was our bartender and was amazing! Always checked in on us and was simply very personable. We also got to meet the manager Jose who was very sweet and had the best recommendations! We had the Mimi Fiesta Bowl and the Zinger Mountain melt, both plates had a great presentation and the flavor was great too! Highly recommend this Ale House.. great food and even better service!!!! My wife, son and I arrived there on a Friday night. After placing the order we received the food quite promptly however the food from the children's menu never came out. We waited until we eventually finished our burgers which were enjoyable; and still my son's food never came out. Our server only checked up on us one time and that was 0.5 seconds after receiving the two initial meals. Our server was nowhere to be found. My wife flagged down the manager and inquired about the food we never received for my son. He response was, "Ill be right with you". Fifteen minutes later my wife had to get up from the table and track him down just to get service/ attention. He was very apologetic and understanding. All in all we never received the food, and we just left. Food: 4 Service: 1
