The dish I had for lunch today was absolutely divine. The succulent smothered chicken was cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with the buttery biscuits. The egg on the side was cooked just right, but I couldn't help but wish that there was an alternative side dish to complement the chicken. Nonetheless, the meal was still incredibly satisfying and left my taste buds dancing with joy.

Soul food. I don't think I've ever had some southern food this good before especially with a touch of seafood ! Can't recommend the French toast or the crab hash enough!!

First time here and I had an awful experience first it’s expensive and the breakfast was blah I had the Challah French Toast blah and a la carte sides cheesy grits ( we didn’t see any cheese) so breakfast items simple ..we order some fried chicken and waffles and the Po-Boy Shrimp sandwich to go that looked good .. we fine in and everything comes to table in containers.. service was awful they were very busy and between you trying to pay your food there is all these orders being picked up and the cashier wears many hats so we had to wait a while. Not to mention one of the chefs walked out as we were waiting to pay SMH Parking is terrible and congested.

Cute southern-inspired brunch cafe! I ordered the salmon and grits, and my young son had the French toast and scrambled eggs from the sides menu. The salmon was cooked well and the grits were excellent. My son reports that the French toast was sweet. He didn’t even add the syrup. We’ll be back for sure.
Two minor issues I had were that the heater in the single-stall bathroom was absolutely blasting, and everything was served in take away containers. Not a bad thing, and it made it easy to take home our leftovers, just surprising for a restaurant with indoor seating.

Amazing 👏 🤩! I got the Deep Fried Biscuits to try this place out, and they were so good. The biscuits had the perfect texture. Funnel-cake like crust on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. The strawberries and cream on top sealed the deal. 100% love this dish and I'm ready to try more!

I have mixed feelings about Milk & Honey. The food itself is really tasty, and the portions are very large. The restaurant itself is very small, and there are no tables large enough for three or more people. There is no silverware, only plastic utensils that are not suitable for the hefty meals served. The napkins are tiny too. It took me longer to receive my coffee than to receive my meal, for some reason. My fried fish sandwich was supposed to come with a secret sauce, but I had to ask for it in order to receive it. (I guess that was the secret?)

We love it! The food is fresh and plentiful and the service even better. The young woman (Kiera -sorry if spelled incorrectly) was super sweet, warm, welcoming and brought our food to us tonight (it was raining out) - that's the type of customer service that elevates a small restaurant!! Everything we've had is delicious and the fried green tomatoes are fire🔥...soooo good, juicy, southern, beautiful seasoned crust. Welcome to the neighborhood Milk & Honey!!

Manager was more preoccupied with his laptop than customers literally walking through the door. Only bothered to greet a white lady and a well dressed Asian couple.
Same terrible customer service everywhere you go with these people. 5 stars for the food, 1 star for the service. Choose wisely.
