I've been a patron to this establishment since few years ago before COVID when they were still operating a stall inside another restaurant. They did really well. I love the food. I am very particular when it comes to my pasta..or western food. They have introduced themselves as pasta and fusion. I love the combination, because Asian tend to feel that without rice a meal isn't enough. And for Mikhail to offer slice of chicken chop on top of every pasta is really filling in the void for Asian market.. where people like me prefer pasta over rice with piece of chicken chop. I had carbonara with chicken chop. Pasta was nice, the sauce maybe a little bit runny but the flavour is there .. it's creamy! Unlike certain place where their sauce is very fluid like milk instead of creamy. I like the chicken chop, marinated and grilled just nice. Juicy and not dry at all.. savoury and not sweet like some establishment runs by native (yes probably the are fulfilling the needs of native taste of liking sweetness) Mikhail's carbonara chicken chop- The best choice in town.
Portion wise they are huge.. environment was quiet, clean and spacious so you don't have issue to enjoy your meal in peace. Parking is very easy..
Price wise - with recent economic issues in the region, this is a place to go. As you get something way better than going to some high end establishment where the pasta cost you double the price Mikhail's has got to offer with their +chicken chop on your pasta.
Sadly, the menu was misleading, it says all meal comes with mushroom soup. We asked the staff, Mind you we arrived for lunch and they opened at 11 am. Barely see no one here. The staff said mushroom soup is finished... How ? There's no logic in that. Staff well trained, they came serving the chili sauce we requested on tray. Very professional!
The cafe environment could be revamped to make it more pleasant. Use the current cafe colour theme of white and green. You'll gain more customers with Instagrammable spots in this huge cafe.

Location is at the former famous coconut shake’s place, if you have difficulty to imagine the place. Foods served here are still tasted same (remembered the taste when they are still operating at 3711). Portion wise, good! Just sadly, the menu stated tht mushroom soup will be served, but there is no soup (worker claimed finished, eventhough we came at lunchtime). Can consider to come here again for the foods.
Probably the best spaghetti marinara in Bintulu!! Friendly staff, cozy environment..
