A party of 7 went early afternoon and there was a waiting time of 30 minutes that was really more like 10. Someone in our party had been suffering heat stroke and they gladly let her in with someone. After we were seated and had ordered drinks and appetizers, our friend passed out. We had to call 911 and left almost immediately. I have to say that the staff was the best!!! They were concerned, acted promptly, brought us ice. As this was happening the drinks and appetizers came out. Someone stayed behind to pay for them and they said to forget about it. This was HUGE. I've been to restaurants that argue with you if they make a mistake on your order!!! There was like $30 in alcohol and appetizers and they took the loss. I, we, will never forget that. I returned late evening (friend was hospitalized) to eat. I didn't remember their faces, but they asked how was my friend doing. I ordered a steak with mushrooms with house potatoes. It was delicious, cooked to perfection and brought quickly considering that it was Saturday evening and bustling with people. The margarita was nice and stiff. I took pics but can't find them now. We can't wait to return!!! Keep up the great work Mike's steak house!!!! Prices are decent and so are the portions.

No one welcoming you into the place. The food was amazing. Definitely would come back. Everything was well seasoned and steak cooked perfectly to our requests. If the service improves this can be a 5 star place. It was not busy yet we had to flag down our server several times. The ran out of a drink, plus we wanted coffee after our meal and no coffee available. I would recommend and of course I will try this place once more.

This place had the most delicious Modongo ever with Cameron's alajillo. The mojotos were great. Staff we really sweet and kind. Ambiance good and area for meeting n private parties on 2nd floor. The place has a nice parking lot. A must visit.

Great food and wonderful service. The food is cooked perfectly so every meal and side is delicious. The well done steak and the medium rare steak were both done exactly how much they needed to be. The chicken is tender and juicy with lots of good quality seasoning. The tostones are crispy and the garlic bread is very light. I recommend this restaurant to families and other groups as the environment is very social and welcoming. There is plenty of free street parking with a small parking garage up the road. Reservation is recommended as we had a 30 minute wait time before being seated on a Thursday evening. I would definitely return again!

I found out about this Gem of a Restaurant by a relative. I'm glad I went. The food is very good and the atmosphere is just right. Forget chili's, Applebee's and the rest of the chain restaurants. Mike's steakhouse surpasses all of them. A Puerto Rican twist to the outback steakhouse. I had the churrasco steak. It was Yummy. Prices are reasonable and the place has a down to earth atmosphere. I definitely recommend them.
