This has been our family bakery since I can remember. I remember going in there in my little pink tutu after dance class at Melanie's across the street to be given a free cookie at Mike's/Berrys. Then going to the craft store right next to it....I was about 5years old. This place is famous for their cookies, apple strudel and strawberry chiffon cake with whip cream frosting. I looked forward to my Easter basket from this bakery each year too. This place is the best!

Love this place. Everything they bake is delicious without it being overly sweet. This is where we get out birthday cakes...unless it's the ice cream cake type...don't know if they make that...Will have to ask lol
Came in to have a business meeting with one of my clients. Did a conference call and also finish some paperwork for some of my clients and we were hungry. So we came to Mike's Pastry Shop for coffee and pastries and to do a little work. The customer service is impeccable better than Starbucks. The prices are the right prices for a mom and pop shop. First place my gf and I tried when we moved to Antioch a couple months ago and we were floored by how good EVERYTHING is. We go every sat religiously to get a bounty of danishes and muffins and a few random treats to kick off our weekend. The staff is so kind and friendly! We are lucky to have had such a great first experience here is Antioch!! This is the type of place that if it looks good then try it ...you cant go wrong!!
