I will say I’m blown away by the quality and amount of food I received for the price! You can tell that it was made with love. I ordered the pork belly sipanlog that came with egg, rice and noodles. The rice is under the egg- half of the carton is the pork belly and it is flavorful! A little spicy, tangy and crispy. Wow! I was only able to finish 1/4 of the meal. Follow their fb page to see where the food truck is!!

I am so glad I found this gem here in Midland. Follow them on FB to know where they’ll be located each week. My husband and I have been coming regularly and trying something new each time. I have not been disappointed and I’m always left feeling super satisfied every time. So dang good!!

Would like the rice noodle with chicken to have about 4 times the amount it had. The flavor was nice, but I felt it was too expensive for such a small amount of chicken. The corned beef was great!

Sampled their food yesterday at Eccentric brewery. The beef eggroll, pork belly sisig, deep fried pork-belly and a beef dish were all fantastic, including the fried eggs, rice & glass noodles sides. Went to sleep last night dreaming of pork belly🤣
