Owners have gotten stuck up and rude, took nearly 40 mins to get 3 slices of pizza, which is ridiculous because only reason this place gets any traffic is because it’s a few mins walking from a high school, literally after 3 pm or on no school days it’s basically empty

Had this place twice so far and be honest the place is Pretty good. they have an awesome pizza deal on Sunday for a large pie which actually taste like real pizza for like 13 bucks which is definitely worth it. The owner behind the counter is very friendly and service is great. Only reason I didn't give it the old 5 stars was because I was charged different prices on both purchases. But other then that no complaints...

If I could give it 0’stars i would, after receiving and my Order and giving a good tip. I opened my order and see oil everywhere the onion rings where not cooked they where soggy, it was disgusting I called to get a refund just for this specific item, and was told it wasn’t possible and I would have to pay for it. Plus delivery fee. They were extremely rude. Don’t order from here!!!!!!!! Bad customer service !!!!

Their pizza is great , I’m not gonna lie, but after calling today I’m not ordering from them again nor am I visiting their establishment again. Just got this menu very recently, see the photo attached , after tax you would think delivery plus tip around $17.30 plus a generous tip ( last time I called for a delivery I gave the driver $5 ). I called to place an order for the Pizza deal #1 and said “I have a coupon for pizza deal #1do I need to give this to the driver?”, the person answering the phone said “it’s no worry you don’t have to tear it off”. I asked for the total and the person I spoke to said “total will be $19.50”. I said “wait your coupon on your recent menu says $15.95 plus tax with the coupon”, the person then says “ it’s $17.30 for pick up, $19.50 for delivery ( this is after acknowledging the coupon in the beginning of the call for $15.95 plus tax ). Coupon clearly states the price plus tax after presenting to the delivery person. I told the person on the line I’ll call back some other time 🫤. -4 stars for not honoring your coupon in your most recent menu and attempting to jack up the price an additional $4+. Your pizza is good, however there should be no reason to BS customers and not honor prices from coupons in your recent menu. I was really starting to like your establishment before this order I attempted today. Never again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My two 14 yr old daughters went and ordered a large pie, and soda, they asked to please give them a sec because I had to Apple Pay them the money and the owner was extremely rude and said “ Oh my God!” it literally took less than a minute and tells them “ have a seat cause now I’m not ready “ they felt so disrespected that they walked out of the store humiliated. First off they are young ladies, second they are minors waiting less than a minute for the total in which it was sent quickly so there shouldn’t of been treated in that manner. This man has daughters and I’m sure he wouldn’t like his daughters to be treated in that same fashion. I’ve lived in this area for 11 yrs and no one has ever treated them in that way. Absolutely unacceptable. Bring back lake Ave pizza!!!!! I called and his excuse was that it was busy. He asked so “ am I canceling the order?!” Do not give him business he needs to learn a little bit about treating young girls!!!!
Unfortunately won’t be going here due to RUDE and ARROGANT behavior . Last night placed a order over the phone to be picked up because unfortunately I couldn’t place the order online due to the place being “ closed “ so when I called from the start the man on the phone was rushing. Told him I wanted the two pizza special with the free soda and two other pies , since the conversation was being rushed I went to the store with time to spare and tried figuring out the prices . When I asked the man behind the counter with glasses he was standoffish and RUDE! Pointed at the menu and said “PRICES ARE THERE “ at that point I told him let me get the receipt and I’ll see myself which he aggressively gave to me. I could have easily told them I no longer wanted my 4 pies that came out to 76 dollars ( 2 cheese tasted like cardboard , 1 chicken bbq that had no seasoning , 1 pepperoni which wasn’t any better than the other 2) but I didn’t due to me not being disrespectful which I do regret now realizing how disrespectful the interaction was with this one individual. Anyways After the whole ordeal he didn’t even give me my soda , I didn’t want to make mention of it because I just couldn’t deal with the disrespect any longer. Luckily we do live in a area where there’s a lot of pizza places with great customer service and better quality pizzas.

Way too comfortable with how they treat you once you’re a regular.
Will make a habit of repeatedly putting your order in last, so that you’re waiting well over half an hour on weeknights for when you even go to pickup your food. Because they know they’ve “got ya” and are not afraid to lose your custom.
The prices are eh, but the food isn’t good enough for the wait.
Lost a customer after doing this at least five times this year.
