This is the best Mexican food! I have enjoyed everything I’ve ordered. The queso, shrimp quesadillas and chicken enchiladas rancheros are the best I’ve ever had. All their ingredients are fresh. The meat is tender and full of flavor. The service is excellent too. They were quieter at first I think because they had been waiting for their liquor license until not too long ago, but they have it now and have a full bar with great margaritas! Not many people in the place and only 2 staff members. Our staff member was polite but seemed like first time as a waiter. Queso was not so good. The cheese was lumpy like it was overcooked. Chimichanga was bland and not really sure what kind of meat was inside. Seemed like it was maybe put in a blender, kinda mushy. Our other entrees were not bad but not great. We wanted to try out the new place and give it a chance but we won’t be going back. Nobody in town comes close to Campo Azul. Will be going there exclusively. They are top shelf in this town. The Caldo de Rez is amazing! I added a side of avacado and made it perfecto! You can cut the meat with a spoon. 🤤 I will add that the cost of food is really low. I was actually surprised at the prices. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
