One of the best omakases I've had in recent times. Chef You has such a depth of knowledge of ingredients that he serves.
The omakase was worth every penny. Every mouthful was beautifully curated. Each dish by Chef You was served and prepared with respect for the animal and the life that it lived.
The bottle of French White wine we ordered paired beautifully with each mouthful. It was balanced clean and refreshing.
Service was impeccable, my wine glass and tea cup were never empty.
Beautiful lunch absolutely wonderful.

Came here for anniversary celebration as wifey wanted nice Japanese food. We had a wonderful night. Best sushi in town, attentive chef and nice atmosphere.
Highly recommended for special occasion. Worth the splurge once a while.
