This was a bit of a drive for my cousin and I but we enjoyed the food. There was nothing left to take back( we ate it all). We were craving Hispanic food and all the places close by were closed but we decided to give this place a try. The ladies(servers) are so pleasant and even gave me samples of their mixed juices. I had the carne asada w gallo pinto, sweet plantains, fried cheese and shredded cabbage. I tried their arroz con pina and chicha( native juices)...both good but I preferred the arroz con pina. I wanted dessert but I barely walked out of there. I was so full and satisfied. Thank you.

Honestly had a great experience on my visit. Service was great and the place was clean with nice tables that have pictures plastered all over of Nicaragua.
I had the Salpicon and honestly fell in love with everything on my plate. I picked at my friend's plate as well and all had great flavor. I went on a slower day but I know on weekends they have live music so will definitely come back and check them out again then.
I would like to say the service I received was good, about average from other places. The environment was good. There was music and Nicaraguan merchandise, which was nice to see. Now, in regards to the food, I ordered the Carne Asada with Gallopinto tajada and queso frito with Cacao to drink. The salad and carne had no flavor! The gallopinto was more like "congri," a cuban style rice and beans. On a different note, the tajada and queso frito were good. The Cacao was very good! All in all, I will not be coming back here again. I will have to make more drives to Miami until there is another better option closer.

Ordered the carne asada with gallo pinto, tajadas, fried cheese, and ensalada de repollo for takeout the other day. Not sure if they give away their bad food to those who get takeout, but it was really disappointing. The tajadas were extremely thin and oily. The carne asada was overcooked, dried out. It seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. The gallo pinto lacked flavor and the rice:bean ratio was off. They also don't give you as much gallo pinto as you would get from a fritanga in Miami - and they charge more. It was about $16 for the meal and typically fritanga costs $12-$14. The ensalada de repollo also lacked flavor but felt like it was good quality. The only thing that was good was the fried cheese. The ladies working were very nice and welcoming, but the food is not good - at least for takeout. I'm sure dining in is probably better. Personally would not eat here again.

The food presentation and customer service were ok. The food wasn’t all that great. The meat has a bland taste. I mean for being a traditional Nicaraguan restaurant, the food taste wasn’t all there. Also the food was pricey. Two plates, drinks costs more than dining at a steak house. They need to either lower their prices or improve the taste.
Food here is fantastic! I had a nacatamal that was perfect and a carne asada plate with queso frito, tajadas and gallopinto that was delicious. The cacao was also good! The place has cool decor which makes you feel like you're in Nicaragua. Pretty good and speedy service as well. Highly recommend

Worst customer service everrrrr. Food came out cold, we asked for it to be warmed up and the waitress with the bleached blonde hair literally declined. I was excited to finally find a “Nicaraguan restaurant “ and Now so disappointed. I’m headed sabores de mi Tierra a restaurant with great customer service. We couldn’t even finish our foods.

The food was good. Good music playing. I ordered maduros and they give me plátano frito instead. Also they tried to charge me $2.50 for queso Frito which I didn't order or eat. I had the pollo asado with ensalada and plátanos fritos. The total was like $14 but on the receipt, the suggested 15% tip was $4! 15% of $14 is not $4! Definitely shady. Make sure you review your bill.
Traveling though Atlanta, we stopped here for dinner because we can't get Nicaraguan food where we live. The music was way to loud, to the point where it was hard to hear the waiter who had to stand extremely close to be heard and able to hear. The food was cold and bland. I ended up boxing up 99%of my platter and taking home to deposit it to the garbage, my brother left his platter barely touched, and my mom just ordered soda.. The nacatamles tasted extremely old and had a really off flavor. (We are Nicaraguan, so we know what to expect). We asked about the prices of some items being sold that was not on the menu, wasn't told but said it would be priced in the receipt. 2 bags of Pan pico costs 22.50 (11.25 per bag) and wouldn't remove off bill once they were placed at our table (even though the waiter brought the check and pan pico at the same time). Pan pico costs no more than $6.00 per bag so this is robbery. Once the waiter dropped off the check, he pointed at the tip selection at the bottom of the receipt and told us to circle the tip amount. Looking over the receipt 15% gratuity was automatically added to the check. The waiter actually had the nerve to ask for double the tip. We did not provide additional tips. This "entitled" behavior is unfortunate. I do not recommend this place, and if you go, review your receipt.

Delicious as always! We've had the carne asada with queso frito, cacao, Pitahaya, naca tamales and salpicón. Everything tasted amazing! The only thing we weren't fond of were the pupusas. Service was on point!
