Hmmm.. on a Sunday this was the closest Mexican open so we gave it a whirl! We were sat quickly but at a dirty table which isn’t that big of a deal as we wiped it down ourself, but the place was empty. Service was quick and food and drinks out quickly. The prices were fair and portions were huge. Chips and salsa was very flavorful. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Mexican

Authentic, Great service! well priced cuisine... Highly recommended, plus they have 32oz drafts. If your in the area you will not be disappointed.
Aubrey was the best server! She was friendly, knew exactly what I needed to make my night perfect! The other staff seemed a little less friendly than her. She made my family very happy, so I will ask for her every time! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

We had a reservation for a large party of over 12 adults and quite a few children and the experience was as good as you could get even with multiple checks and just one server on a early but busy Friday evening. Drinks and food were not only quick but also delicious and nicely priced. My brother's family are regulars and I see why... coincidentally I also ordered his favorite, the Colorado Burrito! Food: I had the three chimichangas - beef, chicken, shrimp. The chicken was the best of the three. All were good. Generous side portions as well. Service: our server was very helpful and no issues with order etc. Atmosphere: dark inside but decent. Soccer on the TV - good background music. Always a favorite place to eat anytime we're in town! Super friendly and attentive service in addition to the massive menu selection (all of which are phenomenally delicious) make for a wonderful family friendly experience! Their portions are very generous and priced quite reasonably! Miguel is wonderful and we always look forward to seeing his smiling face every time we visit! Went there for dinner. My husband ordered the steak fajita with rice and black beans and I got Al pastor tacos with rice and pinto beans . . The rice and beans lacked flavor. The tortillas felt like rubber. Ordered a lime margarita and got a orange margarita instead. This is not the Mexican restaurant anyone should ever go to…and they shouldn’t be calling their food Mexican or authentic. It was horrible! Stay away from this place. I wish I could give them zero stars cause I think one star is way to generous. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Delicious Mexican Cuisine and Friendly People! The eatery is the typical small setting you'd expect to find in a small shopping center. However, the food is better than typical shopping center food. The Burrito Colorado was AMAZING with a savory sublte grilled flavor on the tender chicken, steak, and chorizo filling. The sauce and seasonings started with earthy mellifluous flavors which promptly transformed into a dominant spicy heat. It was not too overwhelming for what I consider a normal palate but if you have a low tolerance for heat, I recommend the beef or chicken enchiladas instead. However, for me, the song "Hurts So Good" played in my head the entire time I enjoyed my Burrito Colorado! Our waiter Joel was super nice, funny, and made the dining experience very enjoyable! Also the margaritas are very generously sized and delicious. I rated this establishment 4 stars only because the bathroom was sticky and neglected. However, equally compared to other hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurants in this area, I would give the waiter, food, and margaritas the full five stars!
The restaurant was clean and only had one or two tables sat. We were promptly sat and our server was kind and immediately took our drink orders. She brought chips and salsa quickly to our table and we placed our order. We were a party of 8 and the food came out relatively quickly. I had the enchiladas verde. The chicken was seasoned and charred nicely, the verde salsa was flavorful but lacked spice, and my rice was slightly overcooked. The refried beans were hot and not too thin so they were very good. Unsweetened tea was fresh and tasted as expected. Other than the rice being slightly overcooked, I enjoyed my meal! Mi Casa is one of the better Mexican joints in Kingsland, and we always enjoy the service and price point of the food is great.
