This place is serving food out of cans, the nachos were not crunchy, they were loaded with way too much refried beans, which left a pasty taste,The shredded chicken taste like canned chicken of the sea, The guacamole was not freshly made it lacked flavor tremendously. I was highly disappointed, being that I only order chicken nachos and guacamole. How can a person mess up something so easy to make.. Definitely won’t be back.. Food: 1

I absolutely love this restaurant. I haven't gotten anything from them yet that I didn't like. The only reason I gave 4 stars for atmosphere is because if it's cold outside and you are sitting upfront you get blasted with cold air. It does make it uncomfortable while you're eating. The atmosphere of this restaurant is great. I love all the lively colors and the scenes of Mexico. I ordered the chicken fajitas and they were good. Could have been better but being so far from Mexico I have no complaints. (I have lived in Texas, AZ and CO, as well as spending my fair share of time in NM and old Mexico.) The wait staff was ready to fill my Coke whenever the cup runneth low, as well. Really, no complaints. May even return here before I head back to Colorado. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
