Wonderful atmosphere, and my latte was DELICIOUS!!!!✨😍☕ I'm a bit of a coffee snob because I've worked as a barista at a couple local coffee shops in Cleveland that roast their own beans. The latte I got was INCREDIBLE!✨👌🏻☕ I got the homemade Cinnamon-honey flavored latte. I also ordered a quiche 😋, and I was surprised how big it was. Good amount of quiche for the price $7. Coffee here is pretty good. Used to come here often. Recently I came to Metropolitan to get a drink and get some work done in between appointments. They’re WiFi wasn’t working. When I brought this to the attention of the baristas they had no idea what to do. I asked for the alternate password and they said they weren’t allowed to give it out. So I came into their store and bought a drink specifically for the purpose of getting work done and no one tried to do anything to resolve the issue. They were busy, I get it. But the customer service is not great. Also - this place has terrible service. Great place for a drink - horrible place to get work done. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The coffee is great and pretty strong, I love the chai though. I will say the wifi is terrible, 90% of the time it won't connect. This place has good drinks but I would not go here to do work. Worked out of the coffee shop for a couple of hours. Easy to relax and feel at home. The coffee is good and fresh. The parking lot is a little small and sometimes I need to find street parking but it's never too far of a walk. They also have a drive-through but I have yet to try it.
