My husband and I went for our 9th year anniversary today and I couldn't have been more happy to have that 9th year celebration here! This restaurant is magnificent! The warm customer service, our server Isaac was very much on top of our needs and made sure we were definitely taken care of from start to finish. The food is beyond excellent, and just the overall general atmosphere, and attitude was astoundingly friendly and welcoming. The owner was also present with her awesome attitude. I want to say thank you to this restaurant for the great and wonderful experience! Our first time by the way. Thank you! On a gorgeous day, my friend and I enjoyed lunch outdoors here. The inside was a lovely atmosphere and the outdoor dining was quite enjoyable. I had the salmon salad and she had the blackened chicken salad. It came with a tiny free bread loaf set in a light drizzle of oil. The prices were what I expected (about $16 for a salad) in a higher end type of restaurant (definitely not fast food fare). I’ll definitely be eating here again. We had an event in the Banquet Room at Mermaids and I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Mermaids! Damon was unbelievably helpful and accommodating and every single person we worked with was so friendly! The room was perfect for the event and the food was delicious, but the staff makes having an event there so worth it regardless! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Went with a large group. Overall atmosphere and service were great. Their special on the fish was lackluster. 4 folks in our party ordered the special and were shocked to get a piece of fried fish over some Brussels sprouts and some sauce. Had either one of us know it was a fried fish we would not have ordered m. Presentation of this entree was poor and lacking and so were the flavors. My husband & I spent our 5 year wedding anniversary here and we are SO glad we did! Our server, Brian, made our experience absolutely awesome. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable in all dishes on the dinner menu! I chose the duck and my husband chose Mongchong, fish from Hawaii, which was the special of the night. Our dishes were phenomenally flavorful and worth it. We even had enough room to order the brownie pie to celebrate our anniversary on a sweet note! We highly recommend this place for a nice night out for some delectable food!

We have visited this restaurant two times, each time was for a special occasion (wedding rehearsal dinners). They really decorated their special room very well. It was beautiful with all the little white lights and they treated us wonderfully with their attentive service. The food was delicious. I especially enjoyed their shrimp pasta and the sautéed chicken dish, but everything was delicious. They treated us to a variety of desserts. I thoroughly enjoyed the dense carrot cake. It was a little different from the traditional, but I'd love to have the recipe. My wife opted for the chocolate cake and enjoyed it. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

We are from out-of-town & ordered to go since it was 8pm.We ordered the Sea Bass dinner, Salmon dinner, and stuffed mushrooms. The manager said go ahead and stay to eat. He said it would taste best eaten right away (we told him we had an hour trip back.) OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL Service!!! All was excellent. The best Salmon I've ever had and the crab stuffed mushrooms were Delish!! We will go again when we are in that area for sure.
