I've been coming here since I moved to Cedar Hill because they are the closest thing to Yoberry. Customer Service has always okay because I've always been greeted with at least a "hello". Tonight was nothing like that. My daughter and I walked in tonight and as the 2 employees LOOKED at us walk in. Apparently, their conversation was more important because neither 1 acknowledged us. So after making our yogurt I go to the counter and the young still doesn't acknowledge me. When I decide to acknowledge her with a hello, she still acts like she doesn't know how to greet me. Finally, after I decide not to pay until she at least says "hello" back, she speaks. Just a FYI, before taking someone's money at least say hello. Saying Hello doesn't cost a dime, nor does it hurt anyone!

My family and I wanted some frozen yogurt and I didn’t want to travel to far and being that I love the vibe at Hillside Village we opted for this place. Big disappointment, now the customer service was ok being the cashier welcomed us but when it was time to pay, she stared at our cups and then looked at me. I was like Oh, then I proceeded to place them on the scale. A polite “could you place them on the scale” would have worked too. The establishment was clean and organized as well. Anyway, now the frozen yogurt. I got strawberry and NY cheesecake flavor where they both tasted like sweet frozen yogurt. No flavor at all, my son said the same thing and he made this chocolate explosion that looked so good but lacked flavor. Another thing, was there were NO sugar free choices which I originally wanted but I cheated a bit being I rarely intake sugar. My some and I ended up tossing at least half of ours, but my daughter finished her cookies and cream treat. She doesn’t count because she likes any and everything sweet…lol.
Although it has a good taste the service is the worst! Today I went with my sons (2 years old and 6 years old) and I asked to eat my ice cream inside the store because it was 105 degrees outside and the staff said no. Please have common sense!! Yummilicious in Arlington is so much better.
Arrived at the store at 820pm and they literally locked the doors as we were almost to the door and refused to provide service even though the store hours says 9pm. Not sure how the yogurt is but 1 star is entirely based on the service and rude staff.
Yummy berry was still open and was quite delicious.
Our favorite frozen yogurt place. I always order out birthday cakes there. I wish they have indoor seating area. There are tons of bees outside the location.
