came for the first time in years, the hosts told the bartender “summer” she was going to be serving us, & i seen she made a stank face and rolled her eyes. she brings us refills & slams them on the table. got my food before our supposed to be appetizer, my boyfriend waited over 20 mins just for a pepperoni pizza, there was hardly anyone even there, and workers just standing around. i understand people have off days, but don’t be a server if you can’t push off what you have on your plate to serve a customer and represent the restaurant you work for . usually very satisfied with this place and the service, but definitely will not be back. do better . I went to this place to make an review because someone told a friend a tale of horrible experience at that place. My friend knows about my reviews and I thought to myself I would have a real review challenge. This is the history. Around 7 pm on a weekend went to the place and was pack so I walked to the bar area also full. (I was not looking the best on purpose of the review. ) One if the server's approach to me and suggest a bar on the second floor may have a room. So I did find a spot there. The bartender was friendly and welcoming. Everyone was nice.I paid my drink and went down and talked to the hostess very nice smile and attentive. I tell her the I was hungry but only have $5 her reaction was amazing and went talk to her coworkers, I end with a delicious fresh made meal on top of that she say the was on the house with a beautiful smile. I thank her she gave me a hug and I left. Amazing experience all around. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible service with an incredibly rude waitress. She and another waitress managed to make their way around our table for fifteen minutes without asking if we had been served. I finally had to go back to the hostess and ask if we could get our order taken. Funny enough, we witnessed other tables being given exceptional service the entire time. When they arrived, they were promptly attended to, served their drinks, etc. If you look at recent one-star ratings, you’ll notice a pattern in who they choose to serve well and who they don’t. HUGE! Shoutout to Mellow Mushroom and their amazing staff, especially Cam Alexander and Sydney! Thank you all so much for accommodating us for Ray’s Celebration of Life and suggestions on food. Food was perfect and the atmosphere was even better. It was a party Ray truly would have loved and I cannot thank you all enough.
