They sell used electronics as new. Too bad I got home before I noted the seal was broken. Fingerprints on the item in the box. I'll still give it a go and try to use it as it DOES (kind of) work, I hate waste and multiple trips, but will no longer be buying electronics from this location. Accidents happen and it could be that multiple people from the return station to the electronics section didn't notice that it was open and didn't bother checking in the box to realize the item had been used, but if I do end up returning the item, I'll be leaving a note in the box, just in case it's active deception rather than multiple points of carelessness. If I return it, the next person will know that it's been returned twice and put back on the shelves twice to be sold as new.
I was here today picking up some wings and fried chicken from the deli and I encountered John C who I had the other day (1/2/24 around 7:15pm) for the same reason (love my Meijer wings and fried chicken), and the interaction I had made me want to write a review. This guy alone makes me want to be a regular! Very professional, super kind, made conversation as he pulled what I needed out from the trays, and overall left me feeling like he deserved a shout out. Immediately attentive as well and came up from the other side of the kitchen right when I walked over. Thanks so much, John!
If you are changing the time you open to 9 am. At least change it on line. This store has gone down hill over the last year. You got to blame Management. I only go early due to the fact there is only one cashier most of the time with self check out. If Meijers cared about customer experience, they would fire all Management and start from scratch to get the store back that we used to love.
I absolutely stopping at this retail store when I'm in town. Prices are hard to beat and the store layout is very easy to navigate. Workers are very friendly and I always go in spending more than I planned 😆

Tried to return a gift WITH RECEIPT. They would only return funds to credit card of person who gave me the gift. Wouldn't even give me store credit. So, never buy a gift there. And when I sent a complaint, a week later the Store Director emailed one incoherent sentence that didn't even mention my issue and basically blowing off my problem: "I am sorry that we would be happy to take of you next time you have an issue we will be happy to address this with my service desk and also communicate to my home office about this concern."

I never shop here and I did today and it was terrible. Products not located where they say they are online, lots of basic grocery products that were out of stock, and there were dairy products that expired in 2023 (its currently Jan 5th 2024) on the shelf!!

An incredibly rude older employee yelled at me and my wife because we had the audacity to try to walk through a door that weirdly closed at 8pm a few days before Christmas with no posted signs. Fine, Target it is.

Worked as a stocker here and honestly I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. All the Manager's are great.... All except Frank. Frank thinks if he says things in a nice tone that he can be disrespectful and down right belittling. The type to act nice to your face and when there's a problem he turns into a keyboard warrior. Well that's just it. The store is never fully stocked because of overstock and the stock they do have gets eaten up by the stuff they have to much of. It makes zero sense. They've got pallets of frozen food that defrosts all night and think that that's okay...

This review is about the store manager on 10.29.2023 by 2pm. The store was not way more crowded than usual noon Sunday , but only 4 cashiers open, both self areas open but less than half working on both. Big lines all over, i never saw lines like this even in Holliday times. I didn't see the store manager ringing out people by cashiers. The most amazing thing for me it was the people waiting patiently in those long lines. No one was asking for the manager or more open cashiers...

Good place to find quality, freshness and variety. Never overcrowded. The only thing that I would like it's more lanes open for checkout.
