Meijer bakery saved my little boys birthday cake! I originally ordered his cake from Walmart. Walmart called 2 days before his birthday to inform us they didn't actually have what they needed to make it. I had to call all around and when I got meijer, they had the same cake, for cheaper, and were willing to make it with a 2 day notice! The woman on the phone was super understanding and eager to help. Amazing staff and great cake!

I just drove 35 minutes to come to THIS location because I have always preferred the service with the employees and selection of merchandise. I am a person with disabilities and have always brought my therapy dog with me. She would ride in the cart, never making a sound or disturbing anyone as she is trained to be this way. Today, however when I came, I was met by Kathy at the door who refused to allow entrance to the store with her (my therapy animal) in the cart.. I explained that I have been coming here for a long time with her and it's never been an issue. She was very indignant and brash. "Would you like to read the sign?" So, I walked with her to the sticker on the door that read only servic animals are allowed. I explained she was a working dog. She forced me to go outside of my normal routine, which sent me into a panic attack. The whole thing could have been avoided. This location does not support or show empathy to those of us suffering from an invisible illness. I have at least 6 other stores that are closer to me but I have always chosen to make the drive to here. Never again. If you are a person with disabilities, regardless if you have a service animal or not. Please reconsider your choice on where to shop. This store does not care about people with disabilities. I will take my business someplace else.

This store has just about everything, from food to pharmacy,a clothing dept,even an electronics 🏬 where you can buy a tv.If you register for a Meijer perks account,you will get special offers and discounts .You will get coupons on your smartphone. I Love this store!

they have issues with shelf stocking and a very unprofessional bagger who would rather trash talk the customer before me and flirt with his cashier, than pay attention to the guest checking out. then he tried to charge me double for my onions and had the worst attitude when I showed him the price difference. Can't even admit his mistakes. if I were the manager, he would be either cart duty for a month or out the door.

The gentleman who came out to help me with my order was very friendly and helpful. He was the best customer service I ever met at a Meijer store in all my years of shopping there. Just an all around helpful and caring person.

Went to optical guy for eye chk up. Best one I ever got. Guy has been around over 30 yrs and very thorough albeit a bit abupt at times as he says what he means but he says it meanly! Lol Otherwise a good experience. Look pasr his bedside manner and enjoy his proficiency!

Go there on Friday late mornings. That's the best time. The stockers are out. I felt like I was picking up products before the rest of the world got to them. Very good experience!

This store has been going down hill for the last year. Pickup orders are consistently late, they give brown salads, expired food, constantly out of stock on things. Tips: maybe reduce the number of slots available at certain times if you can't handle the volume of orders, look at produce and dates and don't give people rotten and expired food, if you're always selling out of certain things START ORDERING MORE. I quit going to Walmart because of late pickups, but never had this iss ue with constant out of stock items and expired food. Also, the app doesn't log all items selected. Every time I go I'm missing several things I know I added. This used to be a great store and I didn't have a bad experience. I've been hanging in there hoping they'd improve, but I'm about to move on to woodmans I guess.

This location is by far the worst. Check your produce because it is most often soiled. The self check our is often no cash at all allowed. They have 1 person working the self checkcout...they constantly hit with false issues and that poor one employee is left running around trying ro fix everything. The pharmacy staff never smiles. I just purchased 2 thermos brand water bottles for my girls. When we got home to wash them....they did not have any of the straw parts inside. The worst part is the lack of diverse foods and the very limited gluten free options. Do better meijer on 173! Do better!
