This place is fantastic! They serve their own mead, as well as mead from other local breweries. We tried a flight of Mead Krieger's three types of mead (all of their current flavors): traditional, raspberry, and old oak. The traditional was our favorite, then the raspberry. We bought bottles of both to take home to Utah! We also tried a flight of mead from other local breweries, but their recipes aren't as good as Mead Krieger's. We also tried most of their food while we were eating. The meat & cheese plate, hummus plate, meatballs, Bavarian pretzel, and the baguette with dipping oil. It was all really tasty! Everything paired well with the mead and it was fun food to try with the drinks. The service was great! We were the only people in the place, so we were the only ones being served, but the worker was very friendly and did a great job. They have trivia nights on Thursdays, which we didn't make it to, but I think would be fun! The place has some cool decorations and local artwork that customers can purchase.

SKOL !! This place was an absolute delight to find and BEYOND WORTH IT, especially when you have the GROUPON available for this venue!! We didn't even realize that this hidden treasure was so close to us and how we had missed it! The night we went we were the only people in there upon arriving. We ordered our two flights, a pretzel, two ginger bread cookies (Incredible by the way and only $2.00 !?!!), and went to find a spot to sit in the back. An hour later, we went back inside to order another round and some meatballs and the place was full! Nice mature crowd of people, nothing obnoxious or moments where you feel like you're "coping" with something unwanted. The bartender/server was extremely friendly and helpful and had good product knowledge. We were impressed with how seemingly effortlessly she was able to handle the entire room of guests. (Is a quaint venue but still could fit about 30 people in there, I believe.) You can tell there is a sense of pride that they have in their work and that Mead is a passion of theirs. The product is wonderful and you're able to buy bottles of it if you so desire to share or have some later. If you have a chance to check it out- GO!! Great place with neat people and decorations. Seems that artists are able to sell their creations here as well. The groupon coupon makes it cheaper but even without the prices are wonderful and the food menu is better than any "bar food" I've ever had. I couldn't stop snacking! 😆 10/10 !

We stopped in to hear live music on Friday night and had a great time. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The mead tastes great and there are lots of options. At the same time there’s also non-alcoholic options available (like this cute Calm Collins) for designated drivers and non-drinkers. For sure we will make a return visit! Cheers!

Great atmosphere and nice tasting meads. Wife liked the spice mead for the fall season and I enjoyed the variety and perfect flights. Will be back when in town.

What an absolute delight! This Meadery not only has a charming atmosphere and wonderful variety, mead truly is the passion of the staff. From their brewers to there serving staff, they truly made this a wonderful experience! I loved almost all of the 9 meads I tried and getting to meet the brewer was an added bonus! I would recommend this place to both those who have never experienced mead and those who are mead connoisseurs. Truly a treasure!
Stopped into this new Meadery to give it a try. The mead is good. Try both the traditional and oak aged. Yum. They also sell mead from 3 or 4 other Colorado Meaderies. Matt, the owner and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great time here and I want to come back soon. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve never had mead before finding this place and it turns it’s incredible. I can’t believe I’ve gone my whole life without having mead and now I’m so glad I tried it. I can’t get enough of it. The wine they serve is also fantastic. The atmosphere is exquisitely intimate and inviting. I have never come across a more welcoming staff to include the owner; they are excited to introduce you to mead. They will let you sample everything they have to offer. Whether you’re looking for a place to have a date, want somewhere to hangout with friends, or you’re new to town and want to make new friends this is the place to check out. The next time you go out MeadKrieger is the place to go.
A brand new meadery, quite literally, opened in Loveland. The place is pretty small, and can be overlooked easily (so keep your eyes open!). However, this place has some pretty easy drinking meads on hand, so it is most definitely worth going to. They have a couple of their own, traditional, mead flavors, aged in oak. They also have a few from other meaderies around the state and beyond. Personally reccomend their pear meD from Dragon and, of course, their signature. Definitely considering another stop during my game hunts in the area.
Excellent smooth authentic mead brewed on site. Also mead, wine, and hard cider from several vendors. Mo better since opening! On Washington just north of 4th, with happy staff, and food on the side, it's definitely a great addition to the Downtown Loveland experience.
Came here for the grand opening and I cannot say enough great things about my experience! Atmosphere was lovely and welcoming, staff was friendly, and the mead was delicious! Highly recommend!
