Large crew for the business, but not capable of handling an order when their ticketing system is out of order. Uninterested staff, careless handling of food. It's a renovated McDonalds but the play place was closed and it felt like there were too many guests for the size of McDonald's so the trash area was a mess and it was tough for staff to keep up with orders...the waiting area is small so everyone was on top of each other waiting for food...put a bunch of hungry people tired from driving in a tight space and make them wait for food...not a good idea. The staff was friendly but a I genuinely felt bad for them because the vibe was tense to say the least. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

The staff has no idea what are they doing. One time I said no onion and I found it in the burger. Because of alergy I couldn’t eat it but I didn’t return. Next time I ordered happy meal with chicken nuggets and came home, opened it and there was no chicken nuggets! Kid was crying of course and I returned to them asking them to do me all of the order again as it was cold. They did it and all the staff was mad at me! Terrible service. Everywhere, except for this restaurant, they gave hot water to the thermos for the child, but here they did not give it. They said that you have to pay! Very bad. We will not stop here and do not recommend it to others.
