Not too good customer friendly ordering system in their restaurant. Expecially for the elderly! And No staff readily available to ask for help. Had to relie on the younger generation of customers who came to order a meal

The food is what it is. Donken food. Since their food is the same everywhere I can only grade the place on how enjoyable it is to eat there. This place is always busy, which is good for them obviously, but there are always too too many people there for my taste. Eating inside is very stressful as a result of the mixture of how many people are there and how loud the music is. The drive thru is always slammed with cars which negatively affects wait times, and the short drive thru lane often leads to queues coming out onto the street, which isn't safe. 8 times out of ten I'll head to a different fast food place in town.

Good some days worse other days. If you come here when there is a lot of people you might get your order wrong, simply because the personel is stressed. If you see a huge line, keep in mind that the employes are sweating in the trying to make that line go away as quickly as possible. If you are missing a dip, simply go in and ask for one :)

Worth McDonalds ever. Most WCs out of order. Those which worked so dirty and smelly. Half of ordering automates were out of order. No ketchup, after asking employee to add ketchup, it didn't happen in 15min and was not done until we leave. So bad!

Unclean. No toilet paper. All tables were discusting. The automatic machines were out of order. At least three of them.

Most McDonald's restaurants have changed to an electronic self-service ordering solution. This restaurant has not, and the line of people waiting was very long. There were few staff members available, and the few staff members who were there seemed overworked and stressed. The floors were very dirty, the play area for the kids was smelly and very unwelcoming. They made at least four errors in our order. Not a good experience.

First time to feel happy leaving the place, the new renovations and staff, and kitchen people also the food was fresh, I made 4 orders when I was there today. Keep it up guys. This is first I'm 6 years.

Slow service, had to change chips and burger. Cheese was on base of burger not inside, but stuck to the cardboard box. A large amount of chips were spilt in the counter and remained there throughout. The member of staff just put new trays over the top instead of cleaning then up. No ketchup and toilets were full of hand towels overflowing from the bin. About 10 air freshener blocks in the toilet window and generally just a mess.
