If I could give them a 0 I would...I'm in drive thru and they have my milkshake to the car in front of me, they give her it back and she asks me what I ordered and I told her so she then proceeds to give the milkshake that was in the carrier of the car in front of, what the heck. I say I don't want it, she said oh it didnt go inside the car, LIES because the passenger had the carrier....then my sandwich was wrong, they forgot my fries( 2 orders ) and when I say they forgot them, they look at me like I was trying to get over on them about fries, smh ....the worst experience ever and the manager needs more training when it comes to customers, as well as his staff...they were talking over top him .....that whole crew needs a whole training class .....the morning and early shift nothing like the evening and night shifts........ Nothing fast about this place. Ask for sauces in the drive thru. Told to park, waited 10 minutes for my food. Of course no sauces. Waited another 5 minutes and had to go inside and get my sauces. This place stinks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place has gone down hill literally overnight when it was good before. Stop using both of the speakers. You can’t get orders right. You forget straws. Your staff sucks too badly to be able to function with two speakers. They ask you 16 times what your order was and none of the staff talks so it doesn’t even really matter they ask you. Go back to one speaker. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Food is usually good but service is always slow and most of the employees are rude and just don’t care. They also need to change their hours on here because it says open 24 hours but when we went to grab something at 2am they were closed.
