Ordered through the app and picked up in the drive thru. As you can see, my Big Mac is not only a mess, by the sauce was all over the bag. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with Oreos and whipped cream added, got an Oreo ice cream because there was no hot fudge. Ordered cheeseburgers with no onions and lo and behold, there were onions. Food is always cold when I get it. I asked for a frappe and they gave me what looked like a milkshake and half of it was whipped topping. And at least my nuggets were hot surprisingly. But my fries were cold. STOP MAKING PEOPLES ORDERS AND STICKING IT IN A BAG 10 MINS BEFORE YOU GIVE IT TO THEM! Food: 1 Service: 3

Went thru drive thru around 11 am. on a Saturday. There were several vehicles in line. Our drive thru time was almost 15 minutes!!! I figured it was probably just due to the lunch rush. Had to make another stop there later that night. Around 7ish. There were a couple of cars in the drive thru, so I went inside to order, thinking it would save me time. There was a man ahead of me and a family behind me. Oh my goodness!! All of us WAITED EVEN LONGER then I did earlier that morning in the drive-thru during a lunch rush!! It took over 20 minutes just to get 1 Happy Meal! 🥴😵‍💫 The worker was very polite though and apologized for everyones long wait. Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. The girls that got our order together forgot to put syrup, butter and other condiments that go with the big breakfast and hot cakes.. then gave me a hard time because she didn't believe I purchased big breakfast. The dining room was closed, and the drive-through was less than efficient. When ordering with food allergies, I know exactly how I need to order, and when I ordered, they told me I couldn't do it that way. They had to ring it up differently. It took 12 minutes to get my food. Now I don't order a quarter pounder very often and the one I was given was not fresh made it was dark brown one the edges and kind of dry. We ordered delux Mc spicy crispy chicken burger. I touched the packing box and not yet opened it, my hands were like dipping into some sauce bowl. Curiously tried to find out where those sauce from. When opening the box, amazingly the box was decorated with the sauce all around inside the box. And the chicken was half size of what we usually get and darkly dry!

My hubby and I just stopped for a quick lunch, and we were blown away! To begin with, the employees at both windows were very pleasant! Something we are not used to being from Tennessee! The food was amazing! Buns were so soft! Meat was actually juicy! We can't remember the last juicy McDonalds burger we've had! Fries were fresh, hot, and crispy! Kudos to this staff and management!
