Best McDonald's ever! I felt almost like I was in club. They're music choices were great, food was hot and fresh. Staff was attentive and handled my orders timely. Waited for 30+ minutes for two chicken biscuits and a hash brown the past two visits. Had to go inside this past time because they kept skipping over our car and immediately were given our bag that was presumably just sitting there waiting to go out the entire time. Management needs to figure out the system they have in place if a car is pulling into a spot after going through the drive through. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Now let me tell you....IT Was great! Actually was HOT, FRESH, the line was decently long but it went QUICK and on POINT ...I can't say enough how impressed my husband and I was. This is the worst McDonald's I have been in in a long time. The kids chicken nuggets were hard as rocks. The bathroom was filthy. There's no diaper changing station. When you finally can get someone to the front to take your order, they are cold and act like they couldn't care less about anything. The manager rolled her eyes in frustration when she had to come take an order because the boys kept leaving the register. The sundaes that I ordered for the kids came out noticeably different with the amount of ice cream in the cup. One was full. One was about 3/4 full. One of the other customers in the dining room said its always like that in this particular McDonald's. Whoever owns this McDonals’s needs to make some serious changes or just let this place go. You will wait a long time before they come to the register to take your order. One employee was walking around with a blanket wrapped around them, I never did see her do anything. They definitely send a message that they don't want to be there and they don't want you here. The lady serving food at the drive thru was pulling the weight of the entire crew! My husband came in and ordered me a cheeseburger no pickle extra cheese. They did a cheeseburger no pickle, no cheese. Who orders a cheeseburger REALLY!! Who orders a cheeseburger no cheese??? That's just a hamburger. If they can't hear fix the machine or get hearing aids for employees. Don't get me wrong I love McDonald's but get employees who care and pay attention to the guests. I ordered on the app a delivery to be exact and my orange juice has black stuff floating in it and a hair stuck between the lid and cup, the app picked the location, if I would have realized it was Garner rd I would have cancelled.
