This is the third time I’ve gone into this location and received this brown lettuce in my chicken sandwich. As you can see from the photo provided this is not from russet spotting but actual rotting. Store doesn't carry outlets? What happened to McDonald's being a hangout spot? I can't sit in here and charge my laptop and do work? Just come give us money and get out, I guess. Really unfortunate and disappointing. McDonald's used to be a reliable place to go for that. Also can vouch for the lady in yellow being very unfriendly. The man in blue was very nice but the lady in yellow was prickly like a cactus in every way. EDIT: bumped food rating down for paper straws. Everybody hates them. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There is no such thing as customer service here. You stand in the drive through for 25 min, and then find out that they don't have any fries? A McDonald's who runs out of fries? Who ever does the ordering needs to be fired. What a waist of time! 181 reviews and you have 2 stars, that is pathetic, McDonald's should take this store away from the franchise owner and give it to someone who actually wants to run a successful business. Door was locked even though it literally posted "Come on in" and employees were inside. Drive-thru did not work as there was no one to talk to both at the speaker and the windows. To clarify, I looked at the opening time and certain that the time I visited the restaurant should be open. We tried for like half an hour and didn't get anything. The worse thing is, they put a ton of lights on their restaurant whatsoever.
