I’ve never felt I needed to leave a review for a McDonalds however this place definitely pushed me to feel the need to. Amber the manager is whom I’m going g to blame for this disorganized situation. Customers where getting orders out of order we were there for 40 minutes and 3 people behind us got here order. There was other customers there whom had been waiting longer then us. The black haired girl said she was the only one trained out of the 5 people who were out on the floor. Hints why I blame the damn Manager Amber for this. She should’ve been out there helping them!! Ordered from the mobile app. Waited about 20 mins and no one came. Had to go inside and get my food. When I went in, employees were laughing and playing. My food was just sitting on the counter. They didn't even have the drinks ready. Not to mention, another person parked next to me never got their order. When they went back through drive thru, employees realized the persons order went to someone else. My food was cold and the fries tasted old. Served us raw quarter pounders. Manager, Mary, told my wife that sometimes the burgers are not cooked all the way through and they don't realize it. No refund offered. This is probably the best location I've ever been to. The people were polite, the order had to wait for fresh fries and they instructed me correctly. The girl working the drive through at 10:22pm on 12/7/23 should be fired. The way she spoke to me was beyond unprofessional and was the final straw for me and this restaurant. I've never left this location happy. Long waits, gross cold food and poor service. If you're hungry, go somewhere else. The terrible food isn't worth the terrible service or the price.
