Placed my order. On my order was a strawberry and chocolate shake. I was hand my shakes and told to pull up. I waited 15 minutes for my food to show up and at that time I let the person know that I ordered a strawberry and Chocolate shake and what I had was a vanilla shake. They went back in to check and said strawberry was not working. This is something you should tell your coustomer especially if they don't drink vanilla. By the time I got my food it was cold and they fries that I really wanted went in the trash. Not a good experience and I spent 36 bucks for it all. Probably won't go back to that one. Stealing my money and my Time. Recently, each time I visit this particular restaurant, in Lugoff, the work staff seems like they can’t get my order right. It doesn’t matter if I order on the app, dine in or drive through; they can’t get my order correct. Even when they correct it, it’s still wrong. I don’t get it. I keep paying for food I never get or they can’t get the order right. I am done with McDonald's. Hire people who can read and know how to make the correct order. I hope Lugoff’s McDonalds gets better soon, but for now, I’m done with doing business with them /it. I requested and charged for tomato which wasn’t on my quarter pounder. I asked for pure honey packets for chicken nuggets. What I got was honey mustard and ranch sauces. My order was clear in the mobile app. So disappointed. Stealing my money and my time. I was there with my 2 toddler grands. The cashier, another counter staff and a dining room attendant were very helpful and cheerful. My fish sandwich was good and the kids liked their happy meals. Slooooow. So slow. It consistently takes a solid 30 minutes to go through a drive through. Once, maybe a fluke, twice? Maybe. But three times now?
