Fires were warm. They apparently can't count as a 10 pice nugget turned out to be a 9 piece. They repeated my order twice and said they were giving me hot mustard, but gave me BBQ. The drive threw guy on 03/0/3/2024 at 10:30 pm was insanely accurate at his job. They were packed and this guy was just handling orders,making drinks,and still made small jokes with us at the drive through. 👍👍👍 You rock dude!!! Service: 5

We all know what we're getting at McDonald's. Some do it better than others. This one has always been good for me. I've never had to wait long. I ate there last night and it was fresh even during off peak hours. And in the app it's cheap. 7 bucks for a 6 piece nugget (not bk) double cheeseburger and small fries. All good. The first impression a guest gets of a restaurant is how well they keep their premises clean. Walk in and the outside garbage in unit is overflowing with garbage. I visit the restroom and the garbage is overflowing and water all over the counter. I went to place my order and the cashier did not know how to handle a complimentary meal card. Had to ask another associate and then a manager. The cashier had an issue with almost every guest she encountered. Looks like training isn't done here very well. Went to get ketchup at the drink station and it was empty for some time based on the dried splatter on the counter from when it spits out air when empty. Told the cashier and the manager just said give ketchup packets. I was in the restaurant for an hour and still not changed. The garbage receptacles were overflowing and not attended to either. Went to sit down at my table and there was dried ketchup on it and a dead fly out something. Looked at the surrounding window near my table and they all had cobwebs, dead bugs and flies and food particles. This restaurant does not clean under the tables and ledges. Wooden shutters are full of dust. Glass on the front doors full of handprints. The company owner needs to do something to get this restaurant back to clean standards or for managers in that will. The food is very clearly mcdonalds, but the service here has been beyond terrible every time I go. One time I ordered online and arrived 1 or 2 minutes early. I was glad to wait an extra 10 cause they were busy, but 10 went by and I was barely even acknowledged or asked my order name. I ended up waiting about 45 minutes that day just standing there. Nobody seemed to care. At least the food was hot. I've had other bad experiences, but today I decided to leave a bad review. As I pulled into the drive thru the man on the mic was super friendly. It was pretty quick that I realized he was high out of his mind. I ordered 2 meals and as he was putting the second meal on he forgot he was even speaking to me. He then added stuff on there I didn't order, acknowledged it without me having to say anything, and said he would take it off as I pulled through. When I waited in the line at the window, an older lady was trying to feed the guy in the drive through window something random out of a McDonald's cup. Obviously, trying to be polite, he chatted a bit and took one. She closed the window on him and didn't even take the money he had been trying to give them for forever. When it was my turn, the gentleman i spoke to first took over the window and couldnt even tell what eas happening. He mostly just giggled. As I got through, I still got charged for the food I didn't order. I received it anyway so I just took it and left knowing it wasn't worth going back. I can't even remember what I ate the only reason why I'm commenting is because I stopped here to charge my phone and thought I would get up by to eat. Typical McDonald's experience here. I went through the drive through for breakfast and was able to get through quickly. The parking lot was clean and ready to get in & out of. It was my first time getting a half cooked hamburger Patti from McDonald's. It was like a medium rare burger. Which I never order at any restaurant because I like my food to be cooked well done. Will be my last time ordering a double quarter pounder from McDonald's. Otherwise that this location is great and very friendly.
