Visitors don't highly appreciate double cheeseburgers at McDonald's. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Many people say that prices are attractive for what you get. The cozy atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more clients. Ordered on mobile app after softball game with teenage girls at 11:57 pm . Was going to do curb side. Not an option at time. Drive thru only. Drive thru was packed. I frequently stop during my travels from state to state. Drive thru is usually ok so so but recently had to stop inside and ordered fish sandwich and deluxe quarter pounder with cheese. Staff person abruptly placed my bag on the counter shouted the number I proceeded to walk up to thank her but she disappeared to the back. So much for making customers feel welcome. I'm a person not a number. Checked for napkins no napkins went to soda fountain area to the napkin dispenser which was empty. No help at the counter but then there is never anyone at the counter to assist. Quarter pounder appeared to be thrown into the bag so half out of the mangled box. Fish tasted old like it had been in the warmer all day. And hard to chew. If they can't take time to place items carefully in the bag do they take the time to wash their hands and use food safe gloves? Can't really blame the workers because maybe it's bad management and poor training. I'm sure they work hard. Very unpleasant experience. Doubtful I will be back. Absolutely despise this location! They can never get our order right. The burgers taste like they've been sitting for hours. Most of the staff is extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, difficult to deal with. The place is always dirty. I will drive the extra few miles to go to the one across town. If I could do a 0 stars I would, the gentleman in drive thru first window, now on 2 occasions has been the rudest individual I have ran across. I understand that you are short staffed as the manager said however to get thrown change back was in no way shape or form to ever be treated. Btw isn't it against health code to have hair down in a establishment especially when you can't not see the face? Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had been craving a Big Mac for almost a year. The sandwich I was served was one of the nastiest things I've ever tried to eat. It was bitter and dry. How do you make a bitter Big Mac. I don't like to give bad reviews (I work customer service) but I am so turned off I don't know that I will ever try again. The water in the restroom was broken so you had the choice of not washing your hands or scalding hot. I tried to just splash clean.
