Hey there! I’m hoping to see a response of acknowledgment to this review from management. To help them know my experience and improve the product quality. I’ve been twice. Staff has always been professional and friendly. Inside and drive through has always been clean. The iced macchiato today was awful. I thought it was my toothpaste at first. But after a few sips. It’s definitely something inn the drink. Tastes like bong water or really bad coffee. Maybe old from the night before? I'm glad I don't work for this store's management. They either need an office or training on how to be respectful to their employees. Multiple times I've been at this location and have had to listen to the supervisor/manager basically yell/speak loudly (for the entire store to hear) of employees short comings. An example of what happened today, an employee was in the restroom, and the supervisor went to the restroom and yelled to the employee that they were taking too long. Other times I have had to endure hearing how a customer was not getting a drive thru order corrected. If you want to have a meal with no drama, this is not the place to go.
