excellent customer service, I had not had a good burger for 2 weeks and I must say that the treatment was incredible. The employees are extremely friendly. I will be able to go home to Florida happily. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My order is always missing food. The staff treats it like it's my fault they didn't put the food in the bag. Food usually good but what's the deal with the drive-thru lane order queue inconsistency? More often than not, one lane will take 4-5 orders while the other, even though it has the same number of cars, will take 1 order. The result is like a 5:1 ratio, so if you pick the wrong lane, you end up being served after people who have arrived and not had to wait. I have been stuck in Lane 2 while the car in front of me waits to order, but lane 1 will continuously take orders. I'll wait 10 minutes to place an order, but meanwhile cars that just arrived in the other lane will be given priority and have their order taken and be pushed through to the window. Why not just alternate back and forth?

If you want to go to this location, do not go through the drive through. The level of incompetence is beyond comprehension. God forbid you have to go somewhere. Why does it take 4 people standing around to confirm your order at the window AND STILL HAVE IT BE WRONG.... some days are better than others. And they have staff that is friendly, but overextended. Other days are utter garbage. With all that said, when you do go inside, the place is clean. Nice setting for a quick cheat meal. And why is it cheaper for me to go somewhere like Five Guys than McDonald's?!?!?!? I digress... If you find yourself annoyed with foolishness, proceed here with caution. And the understanding that you will probably leave annoyed. ********** EDIT ************ I wrote this while waiting in the drive through. Karma must hate me, because not only did they get my order wrong, THEY GOT IT WRONG TWICE....😒 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The food is usually very good. Three of the four people in our party were happy with their food. I was the one not too happy. At 6:30 I was informed they were out of their short ribs special which I wanted to order. I then went to the next special. I ordered a muscle and scallop scampi. The scallops were very mushy. Got home and was missing my hashbrowns I was charged for out of my last 5 visits to this McDonald's 4 times I was missing items that I paid for. I am handicapped and I don't drive. I often would stop here after Dr appointments .I get dropped off by my ride to find out I was cheated out of my food and money.
