Foods usually cooked fine. Fries are always cold from this place. Used to be alot of times stuff would be missing out the bag but it's gotten better. I would not eat inside, there is an unfortunate homeless and drug addiction population growing in the area and they seem to hang out here and sit inside etc. For what you're paying price wise you are better off getting a burger from a local restraunt. Every single time I order from here with more than one item/ meal, I never get what I paid for. Recently just today within the hour, I ordered a double quarter pounder meal (got that) and a 4 piece chicken nugget (didn’t get). I’m not a saulty person and I always understand mistakes happen, but here it always happens if you order more than one thing. I can do without the four piece chicken nugget but it cost almost $6 and with how times are today, $6 is $6.. it’s ridiculous 4 nuggets cost more than the amount that you ordered and knowing it’s not real chicken anyway. For the amount of negative reviews compared to the rare good ones why nothing has changed amazes me. Nobody deserves their job. The managers obviously don't oversee what happens on their shifts. Very disappointing. I'm amongst the many who do not get what they pay for from this establishment. I called to complain and the "manager" on shift offered no fix to the problem she could have avoided by simply doing her job. This place is a joke as well as the employees that work there. Should be investigated by corporate bc nobody cares about there job or the quality of the food they send out TO PAYING CUSTOMERS. I’m writing this as I’m sitting in the parking lot. I ordered my food at 2:18 .It is 2:42 I redeemed a free happy meal for my son and I wanted to order a McNugget meal for myself, I had to explain to the person 3 times taking my order that I wanted a McNugget MEAL not just McNuggets. Tried saying “I don’t think you can do that.” When you quite literally can. They finally got it and I pull forward and they literally had everyone in the drive though pull into parking spots. They bring out the nugget meal and not the happy meal so I have to wait for that while my toddler was screaming. They not only forgot the straw for my drink they also forgot my sauce. Idk what is going on but your workers are quite literally incompetent. And that is putting it nicely. I ordered a double fish Sandwich Is extra tartar sauce meal first. She told me they don't make double fish After a small argument with her she said oh yes we do, When I got the food in my car? I noticed and did not have extra tortoise sauce on it so I asked for extra. When I got back to my job. I went to eat it and noticed.
