This is the first McDonald's where I had eggshells in my breakfast sandwich egg. Not to mention the bad service on top of that. They charge customers for cups just to get water/ice, but won't give customers water/ice in their own cups. Go somewhere else if you can. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This McDonalds was absurb. The play ground was closed off. The bathrooms had codes that you had to use to enter which is fine but the bathrooms were filthy. The dining area was filthy. It seemed like there were only 2 workers working. It took FOREVER TO GET OUR ice creams. I asked for napkins and she grabbed them for me......even though she was handling trash without gloves 🤢 . And even stranger....this McDonald's only allows you to stay inside to eat for 30 minutes and they DO NOT GIVE REFILLS ON DRINKS. What kind of McDonald's doesn't give drink refills?!? Food was luke warm when served to us from the drive thru. Went inside to use the restroom and employee gave me a three digit code instead of four after I repeated what she said twice. She told me I had to press the buttons really hard, but she missed a digit and ran away before I could confront her that she only gave me three digits. Drive thru has to be one of worst to make sure everything is in the bag. When I returned after driving 6 miles, the manager had not one word to say. No I'm sorry, just yelled to the back what was needed and then slid the bag of missing items across the counter at me! Not a word! Wow. Super clean lobby with plenty of seating like chairs and fancy leather sofa. Rather large kids climbing gym. Service was very friendly. We ordered a blue raspberry freeze but we it came out fairly unfrozen, the manager offered us a different flavor. Kudos. The only big suggestion is to periodically check the restrooms. On our visit, it was a mess. I also noticed a missing soda fountain. It took much longer than expected - and the car in front of me only ordered a few things. Oh well, when you need an iced tea on a long drive this is still the place to go for one.
